The crew was careless in removing the old roof. In addition to the roof, they tore off the gutter covers (something not visible from the ground) and damaged some of the gutters as well. The crew did not provide protection for the side of the house or window frames. They also damaged one window frame on the lower level. I did not see the missing gutter covers until I climbed up the ladder to address a different issue. I contacted Robert about the damage, but that was unfortunately several weeks after I paid him. He has stalled and delayed, and complained that I waited too long (weeks??). He keeps delaying, promising someone will be out, but months have passed with no repair. My recommendation is to avoid this company.

very frustrated with this company. Would not recomend them. They failed to show up when expected showed up on a day that suited them after I had made arrangements for the expected day they would replace my roof. Work was not done to a high degree of quality. it has been almost 4 months and I have yet to receive any paperwork on the warranty for my roof.

Description of Work: I bought a roof inspection/tune-up through Angie's List. Through emails, the original date was set up for the company to come out. I then received a phone call saying they could do the inspection/tune-up earlier - the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I canceled brunch plans and adjusted a doctor appointment to accommodate the second roof inspection/tune-up appointment. When I left the doctor's office, I noticed an unknown number on my phone, but no message was left. I rushed home and waited . . . and waited. When it was an hour and a half past the time of the appointment, I called the company. A female employee answered and said we tried to call you; we left a message. I told her I saw an unknown number on my phone, but there was NO message. She said something came up, they weren't going to be able to come out that day, and they were going to need to reschedule for the following week. I told her absolutely not. I would be getting a refund. That was poor customer service AND poor customer service the day before the Thanksgiving holiday AND poor customer service that caused the customer to readjust previous plans for nothing. I got my refund through my American Express card, which is how I paid for the original deal on Angie's List.

Its a thing called correspondence when you're in the roofing business. We called from the office phone several days prior to your appointment to reschedule because of frost being on the roof and you never returned our calls. We cannot get on top of someone's roof when it has snowed and there is still frost, it's a liability the homeowner & our Insurance Company wouldn't be too happy! Communication works both ways when communicating. Please don't bash my business and livelihood because you're upset. Remember Karma so I would appreciate if you take this down immediately.

Provider was very prompt. I originally contacted him for an estimate and he came out same day to do an estimate. Then once I had chosen him for the job (He was by far the lowest bid) they were immediately ready to conduct the work. Literally a 5 day turn around from the day he did the estimate to do the day they performed the job. His crew showed up promptly early in the morning and spent a descent amount of time prepping the house, moving items away from house, covering areas and garage doors. The entire job was almost completed in one day but due to the time of year with short days and an accident that occurred on site which caused an hour delay they did have to come back the next morning to finish up which is totally understandable. Once completed the main contractor conducted a final inspection to make sure everything looks good and the crew was very diligent in going around the yard making sure all debris were picked up. Overall they did a wonderful job and the roof looks great however I will note the only blemish to the experience was the 2+ weeks after they completed the work to come back and do a final inspection, present me with my paperwork, and do some additional cleanup of material that was left in the yard.

Owner arrived for measurement and quote as committed. While he was still on site, we received clear input on roof size and cost. He agreed to match shingles used on new detached garage. All material was received on time and staged properly. Workers arrived promptly as promised. Work started immediately. Preparation to protect our house and landscaping from roof debris was completed first. The team of roofers was hard working and focused. Their efforts were well coordinated. Their work product was excellent. Clean up was thorough and complete. This was a big job on a complicated roof, but was completed in two days, as promised. Business owner was direct, honest,pleasant and thorough in all communications. Overall this was a terrific value and excellent job. I would recommend this business unconditionally.

The person was reasonably nice and professional, but I'm overall disappointed with the value of the deal. Provider showed up late and spent roughly 10 minutes at my house. He did reseal some parts of my roof, but did not do any interior inspection or provide any photos as noted in the description of the deal. I would not recommend this deal.
Description of Work: Asked about any leaks I've noticed. Walked over roof. Resealed some of my pipes. Let me know rough estimate for remaining life of roof.

As .the deal indicates it's $99 any additional repairs or anything after that is extra so I don't understand how your services weren't acceptable upon the day that I showed up I asked if there was any inside damages and you responded were you late No. as for being late I called you and told you that there was heavy duty traffic and there was actually a wreck that day on 35 if I would have known this I would have left an hour earlier thank you very much but I did not deserve to see I'll give you qualified repair which deserves an A. also you did not ask for no photos the day of the service I Did. these ratings and comments really do affect my line of work and I think I deserve an A for providing the service I did for you so I would appreciate it if you would delete this comment and provide the comment with the truth thank you and have a great day

I purchased a BIG DEAL for a roof maintenance package. The initial communication was fine. In a series of email exchange through Angie's List, we settled on a service on Oct 24 at 8:40am. I also left with the company my cell phone number and email address. On the date of service, no one shows up at the specified time. There was no phone call to indicate any delay, either. I called the company. On the second call, a lady answered the phone and she told me that I was scheduled for 1:30pm, not the 8:40am as indicated in the email. I made some arrangement to stay home so I could meet them. No one shows up at 1:30pm. I repeated called the two listed number, at the latest 6pm. No one answered the phone. I felt I wasted a whole day waiting for them and I would like to get full refund from this purchase.

The Schedule day for the service requested it rained all morning and it is very dangerous to get on roof when its wet. I called you numerous times to schedule in the beginning and you finally replied and we set that date. Then when I called to say we needed to reschedule due to the rain you told me you were calling someone else. Please if you have nothing nice to say and rate me with a D just delete this. My yard was cleaned after each time they were finished for the day. The crew was very respectful. I would definitely refer them to everyone.
