+ -1 morePhillip arrived on time, was appropriately friendly and courteous. He protected our wood floors by laying down tarp before walking on them. A board was needed to stabilize the bike pulleys he was installing; we didn't have anything appropriate so he made a quick trip to purchase what was needed. We were impressed and will definitely call him when we have any work to be done.

+ 0 moreWe highly recommend Phil Fink for any repair or rehab needs around the house. He did an excellent job of repairing the holes and cuts made during our emergency plumbing work. He's a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. His estimates are fair and his work is high quality. We hope to use him again soon.
Description of Work: We had some plumbing issues under our sink that were covered by our home warranty, but the repair work to the wall and cabinetry was not. Phil came in and performed the repairs.

+ 1 moreHe charged a very reasonable price, was willing to do whatever needed to be done to get the tree planted, even having to remove several large rocks by hand. Overall I am very satisfied. The tree is nice and straight and looks great. I'm starting to see small blades of grass everywhere. I intend to have Philip do all my yardwork next year and also have him do some home repairs that are long overdue.
Description of Work: Artistry Lawn & Home was the only landscape company out of 5 that I contacted that actually came out to my house and discussed the work with me. Others just wanted to give me ballpark prices over the phone or e-mail. I was comfortable immediately that Philip Fink knew what I wanted and would work hard to complete the job. I was right!! Not only did Philip do a great job seeding, verticutting and fertilizing my large yard, he planted a 10 ft Sugar Maple tree. This was a lot of work.

Description of Work: Repaired vertical siding by scraping and caulking cracks. Required contractor to take a sample board to paint store for a color match that was perfect. Repainted all cracks. Also repaired an underground downspout runoff tube and added a runoff tube to another downspout. Consulted and planned with me regarding lawn restoration needed this fall.

+ 0 moreI have known Phil Fink for years and used his services several times before, so I knew who to call when I had large holes in walls exceeding my own ability to repair. Phil arrived and knew exactly what to do to support the new drywall from behind and smooth it (3 visits total including installation and first coat of drywall "mud" and two follow up visits to smooth and apply additional coats of "mud." Prompt service, no mess, no fuss, reasonable price.
Description of Work: Drywall repair. Repaired three holes in walls, fitting, cutting and inserting drywall then returning to apply a filling and smoothing "mud" two more times to prepare the walls for painting.
