Our head contractor lied saying the work could be done within our budget. What he didn't tell us is that it would require builders grade of everything, and even then it would be a stretch. When we told them of plumbing changes we wanted within the bathrooms they waited to tell us after we hired them that that would cost us thousands more. I believe they are new to interior remodeling as the crew normally worked exterior jobs and they just weren't up to the job. Even little things like mudding and painting were done wrong. I'm not exactly a handy man and I could have done a better job and saved myself the headache. Pros: tile flooring was installed correctly Cons: Mislead us on materials costs Gave us zero guidance on materials to purchase throughout the house. this was needed from a budget and style perspective, which we told them up front. Mislead us on timelines, supposed to be done in 4-5 weeks. we fired them at week 6 when the quality of work still wasn't improving and things weren't getting fixed like we asked Management confusion - we had 2 head contractors that would give us different stories. When we escalated to their boss he came out and said everything would be fixed to our satisfaction. It wasn't. Then they asked for more money to pay a new crew they hired. We said we'd gladly pay when the job was finished (as agreed upon in writing when we hired them), but they refused. I think they were cash poor if they couldn't even pay their crews to keep working and had to come to us for that. Bathroom tile work was pretty bad, lots of spacing and leveling problems. When we told them to fix it they said they would but never did. Textured ceiling fail. When they failed the first time and we called them out on it they had another crew try it a second time. It was better, but still not good. Painting and mudding skills sub-par. They didn't do proper prep work and just trying to use heavy paint coats to hide imperfections. This made things worse when the paint ran in several places and you could still see the drywall imperfections. Couldn't even paint doors correctly, they oversprayed on hardwood floors (they never used drop cloths), oversprayed on our thermostat and on walls that they had already painted. Garage door had massive runs as they didn't put a base coat. Couldn't install kitchen cabinets correctly and then painted them poorly. They even painted the insides for some reason. They used drywall bud to fix imperfections on the sides of the cabinets. Drywall mud! When we fired them I had a painter bid on the job to fix everything they screwed up and the bid came in at $11,000. That was just to fix the drywall and paint throughout one floor of the house. Plumbing to a tub was poor. They installed a tub for us (not the one we wanted either) and when I turned on the water there was a massive leak in the basement. I could go on and also have dozens of pictures that we're providing our lawyer showing evidence of these things. We gave them several opportunities to fix, they said they would, but didn't (or didn't know how). Think twice before hiring them. Exterior and tile flooring may be the extent of their abilities. Do yourself a favor and do not trust the favorable reviews that show on Angies list. Those must have come from Arrow themselves or they had a business partner write that up for them.
Description of Work: Don't hire them for interior work. Very poor quality. They were hired to remodel 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and all new flooring. Over promised and under-delivered.

Arrow Renovation did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen and finishing out our basement. They installed new kitchen cabinets, new tile and new stainless steal appliances for the kitchen. In the basement, they framed in the rooms, sheet rocked, the walls and ceilings, and then painted everything. They also ran all of the electrical and plumbing in the basement. Carpet was also installed in the basement. Arrow's finally bill was right in line with their bid and the job was completed 1 day earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Arrow Renovation to anyone needing a general contractor to make major home improvements.
Description of Work: Completely refinished our kitchen and basement.

The project transformed the home into a light and bright living space for me. I am delighted with my new home. I was nervous to take on such a large project, but Arrow made the process easy for me and helped me with many of my decisions. I was able to use my own creative input and make the home exactly as I wanted it rather than buy a home already renovated and just having to accept the choices of the last home owner. The staff was professional and courteous and even though the construction was still ongoing after I moved into the home, the company made it easy on me by working with my schedule. I strongly recommend Arrow Renovation for any home renovation project!

They did not do a good job as they incorrectly measured everything. They also were very unprofessional and unreliable as they did not show up when they said they would or at all sometimes. They were also unprepared for the job as they did not have any tools and had to use mine.
Description of Work: They were supposed to build a fence, install windows in the basement, install a window in the garage and also hang some doors in the house.

This customer was handed off to a subcontractor that we are affiliated with, but we did not receive income from the customer because the job was not run through us. This is out of our radius

They went well above and beyond what I consider normal. I was impressed with the professionalism and at each juncture. As a businessman I have experience at contractual negotiations and making certain complete coverage is provided, but they called things to my attention they didn't have to, costing themselves time & money but delivering a thorough job. The quality of work was outstanding and the customer service was even better. They got me more money back from my insurance company than was expected, even my insurance adjustor commented on them saying he had worked with them before and they were "top notch". I highly recommend them, all companies today talk about delivering service, this company actually delivers. Gary Williamson, Principal N Line Industrial, Inc.
