My Maytag refrigerator was not cold enough. I called for help, got ahold of April within 5 minutes, and the very next day Justin diagnosed and repaired the problem in a couple of hours for a fair price. Justin and April are very professional and dedicated to customer service.

Came out and inspected, identified issue. Very helpful.

Prompt, professional and great service! In addition to the good ratings, they were the only A-rated company that is open past 6pm. I was given a window of 8-10am, since we were their 2nd stop. Justin (owner) and Angie arrived at 8:30am. Since they were in the neighborhood, I didn't get the advanced call, but it worked out. Despite the fact that the freezer had cooled again, last night, they instantly knew there was a problem, because ice had built up behind the back wall of the freezer (if you push on it, you can hear the ice). Our thermostat had broken and it seemed like a relatively simple repair. They were efficient and cleaned as they went. They were very professional, but were great to our two dogs, who think ice is a treat, so they were always nearby. The thermostat has a one-year warranty, but hopefully we won't have any additional issues. Justin suggested getting a surge protector which I appreciated, since that outlet is out-of-sight, out-of-mind. They repair all major appliances and will be our first call if anything else breaks!

A little late on the arrival, but when he was diagnosing the problem he first attempted to reboot the unit. It worked and everything was fine. He ended up not charging me because he arrived late. He even helped me adjust the door as it had stopped closing cleanly. Extremely honest and will use them again.

I called appliance 911 in the morning, the company ANSWERED right away and scheduled for the same day around our schedule. RIGHT ON TIME, Merbah came in and began evaluating our Samsung Refrigerator and it was repaired in 20 minutes after a thorough evaluation. Merbah found out a fuse had blown and replaced it, explained what he did and had a great attitude, was professional and really nice. SO, since I had read a lot of reviews that rarely can anyone fix a Samsung Refrigerator AND HE Did, I mentioned I had another Kitchenaid refrigerator that didn't work for 1/2 year!!! He went in and looked at it, cleaned it out and evaluated it. He repaired it within 15 minutes! Then I had him look at my mini fridge and asked why it wasn't working......he showed me where the switch for off and on was and turned it on. He is smart, kind and fast. WOW, am I blessed!!!

Great repair service. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and an estimate was quickly provided. The estimate seemed a bit high, but fair considering today's prices. Repaired the dryer in a timely manner. Explained the repairs to me and showed me the old worn out parts. The tech was very courteous and knowledgable. Will use again.

A couple months ago, I had my ice maker go out and my dryer stop working, so I had worked with 2 other companies- which I would never hire again. :/ When I needed my microwave and washer serviced last week I had NO idea who to call. I was referred to Appliance 911 by a neighbor and the technician came the same day I called! I was amazed. He was knowledgeable and very nice. He immediately determined what was wrong with both appliances, ordered the parts and was back in 3 days to repair them. Given my past experience, this was so refreshing!! I trust this company, I’m so impressed with their customer service, honesty, punctuality and price! I will only use them from here on out. Highly recommend!!

Very responsive! Justin himself, the owner of 911 came to our home on a weekend of an evening before he ordered the dryer part to make sure he was ordering the right part for us. This is actually the second repair, they did a repair on the thermostat 3 weeks prior. When I returned from out of town, the refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called Appliance911 back and he knew it was one of two parts that he ordered ahead of time and so when he came back, he made the diagnosis on which parts that wasn't working and replaced it. He was very prompt, kind, polite and I will definitely call him again.

Justin was terrific! Diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in a very short visit. He even gave us advice on how to get a longer life out of our fridge! Will definitely call him again if we have more appliance trouble.

Tecnician gave me the option of fixing or using factory manufacturer since I'd heard from friend on possible related class action suite.
