+ -1 moreI called about a noisy clothes dryer and they scheduled me for the very next day! The repairman arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue, walked me through the fix and expense. Set to work and resolved the issue and cleaned all the vents. I will call them again as soon as I need help.

We recently contacted Appliance Shark to evaluate a cranky dishwasher. It was a great surprise that they could schedule someone for the following day. Mason arrived on time. He was polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. We felt secure that he was more than capable with his skill set. I will recommend Appliance Shark to my friends, and also suggest they make a request for Mason if they need repair work. We especially appreciated his honesty about what should and shouldn’t be done, and suggestions for keeping our appliances running efficiently.
