She gave me 3 options for repair and I was NOT pressured to take the most expensive; in fact, she recommended the 2nd option, which we took and she did the job. Good. Time spent giving options for work beyond the asked for service seemed odd and upselling component felt uncomfortable. But have had them back and i shared my concern about it. Will see if it continues next time.

Don B. arrived within an hour of when I had called to schedule an appointment--super fast! He helped me with my water heater without trying to hard-sell a new water heater. Don was friendly, courteous, professional, and honest. I highly recommend both him and Andy's Pipe Dream Plumbing--they're both local!

Called for an estimate, and 15 minutes later, Mike was at my home. He gave me the estimate for the faucet repair. I said, "Sign me up." Mike, the proceeded to do my repair. 15 minutes later, I had a new outdoor faucet. My garden and I are thrilled!

The only way I'm able to post this review is by giving them 1 start! They don't deserve any stars at all!!!Very bad service! Do not hire these people! Very unprofessional. They came out to do the work on my sub pump and they damaged the landscaping and left a mess! The lady in the front desk was very rude when I explained to her the issue and she didn't want to help resolve the issue! I have pictures to prove it!!!

Excellent. I have received several bids for potential upgrades/repairs. Finally settled on just the water heater and floor drain as of this moment. Will have them re-pipe the basement and get rid of the galvanized piping at a later date. Don and Ray were here on the dot and really did great work. Everyone I have dealt with at Andy's is super nice and professional. It is easy to set things up with them and the work is very solid. You may be able to find cheaper bids, but I am willing to pay more for more.

Don and his partner quickly resolved the issue found and traced the line for me. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we needed, and we’re very friendly with the dogs as well. I highly recommend this team!

The problem was a failed main drain pipe in my crawl space which was spilling contents from the pipe. It turned out that this was caused by the pipe being uncapped at a clean out access (but hidden under the vapor barrier) and having a clog at the same time. This entailed a major job of getting the pipe free of roots, including building a new cleanout access pipe into that drain pipe from the outside of the house and eventually once the drainage was fully opened up again capping the hole in the pipe. Mike worked several hours in parts of two days to get the last bunch of roots pulled out. This included having to pull and replace the toilet at one point. I had to make a late evening call on the first day about a concern the toilet might be leaking, and Andy called right back and told me how to turn it off and then flush just in case. Turned out the next day when Mike returned that it wasn't leaking after all.

Great service that was prompt and efficient.

The team was so professional from the first phone call to the end of the visit. The plumbers were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. So much so that I had them bid on a couple of other projects before they left. I will definitely call them again.

They were able to locate the source of the leak (improper seal around vent stack pipe allowing small amounts of rain water in) and refer us to roofing company for repair. The tech was methodical, tidy, and worked quickly.

They are incredibly responsive, fast, friendly and professional. Will definitely use again. Ryan did a great job!
