Description of Work: We have used Andy's Pipe Dream several times and have been highly pleased every time. Chad has come out, diagnosed the problem/s, and completed all three jobs to our satisfaction. The $80 I mention here was to find the problem with a bathtub leak, which he fixed right away. We always call Andy's for plumbing problems!

Description of Work: Removed an old sump pump and installed a new one. I was pleased with the job and how well the area in the basement was cleaned up.

Description of Work: They explained how to clean a smelly shower drain, and the plumber cleaned out under-sink pipes that were draining very slowly. The plumber was knowledgeable, and fixed our problems.

Description of Work: I had a pinhole leak in a galvanized steel pipe in my master bathroom wall. He cut about ten inches of pipe out and replaced it. Problem solved. Then he did a couple of other small things in that bathroom at no charge. Very friendly and very respectful.

Description of Work: Service provider was extremely professional, courteous and did an excellent job at fixing a toilet leaking at the base on the floor which was also leaking in the basement. We had paid "3" other plumbers who couldn't do the job correctly. This young man knew what was wrong, purchased the necessary parts, and the toilet finally quit leaking on the floor. However, we noticed a short time later that we still had leaking in the basement. We finally called a friend who is always difficult to reach due to the nature of his job, but can FIX ANYTHING and after explaining 4 plumbers had been here, he came and fixed the leaking in the basement. The leaking in the basement was due to this service provider and the other 3 plumbers not replacing the tank properly.

Description of Work: Called for one toilet issue, which turned out to self correct. Fixed another issue and didn't charge me any extra. Was a very pleasant person to deal with.

Description of Work: Very nice and knowledgeable about plumbing -- ran a gas line for a dryer and replaced leaking supply line to freezer ice maker. I felt the prices were extremely high and was disappointed the next morning when the hadn't turned my water heater back on after their service and my family had cold showers. But, their plumbing work was excellent.

Description of Work: There was some confusion about the value of the promotion obtained from Angie's list but the company resolved this to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Toilet was "running". Chad did a "minor rebuild" and installed new parts. He also replaced a plug on a cleanout plug on a pipe in the basement that had a slow leak. He worked quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later, a different piece on the repaired toilet broke, and Andy authorized fixing it at no charge (even though it was not one of the parts Chad installed on 10/29). This is obviously a company that was built on honesty and integrity, which is hard to find. I highly recommend them.

They have performed many types of services from a total rough in on a new bathroom, to toilet installs/leak repairs, hot water heater, main line water pressure valve, faucet repair, and sump-pump install. Andy's team is reliable, their pricing is very fair, they are always on-time and are super courteous. We'll always use Andy's Pipe Dream and I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services in the Kansas City Metro or Colorado Northern Front Range areas. Thanks Andy!

Description of Work: I had a clogged sink drain, and they were there within a few hours even though they were slammed. Very professional, took care of the clog and did what they could to insure it wouldn't happen again. They explained why the clog occurred, and they also let me know that my disposal was shot, and didn't get pushy about trying to sell me one. I appreciate that! | |I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
