Description of Work: My hot water heater had stopped producing hot water. They came out and quickly determined the cupler was bad and replaced it. Gave me many options from replacing the whole until to just fixing the bad part. In the end, we determined that replacing just the bad part would buy me five more years hopefully. Extremely nice and even diagnosed a few other problems with no charge while they were there. i have recommended them to several other people.
