Description of Work: During the freezing cold the last week my pipes burst spraying water in my garage. Andy’s was able to dispatch an awesome plumber to help me in just a couple hours. Complete pro as I told the plumbing professional. He fixed it quick and I was relieved. Within an hour another pipe burst and Andy the owner stepped up and dispatched the guy back out again at no charge because it happened so quickly after they were out. Again the plumber completely friendly, respectful, worked the problem and our water has been back on since. Description of Work: On December 4 at mid=afternoon I noticed water dripping from a drainpipe in the basement. About 20 minutes after the call Chad arrived, surveyed the problem, and correctly determined that it came from a toilet upstairs. He showed me how a connection from an older installation had loosened and took pains to reinforce and correct the problem thoroughly. Additionally he cleaned the area and calked the fixture.

+ -1 moreAndy viewed our basement issue and had a camera run to diagnose the issue. It appeared that our sewer line had collapsed causing the issue. Andy wasn't able to provide that service for us but referred us to another plumber that could and he was also excellent.
Description of Work: We were having water issues in our basement. It turned out that our sewer line needed to be replaced. Andy did not perform this kind of work but referred us to another plumber that was excellent. Andy was honest and helpful in diagnosing our issue. We had used Andy in the past to install a gas line in our kitchen and were very happy with his service and fees.

+ -1 moreOur water pressure was low when we had multiple faucets open. Spoke to Andy over the phone and he said most likely the pressure regulator valve was bad. He came out and removed the PRV. Tested the water pressure and recommended that we didn't need one. Saved approx $200. Andy made the necessary repairs and we have adequate pressure. He was on time and performed only the repairs that were needed. I would highly recommend his company.
