Mike came out the same day and cleared faucet obstruction.

Chad and Hunter came out ahead of schedule. Augered the drain several times using all 50 feet of snake just to make sure the clog was good and gone.

Technician Couldn’t diagnose the issue and went ahead with the wrong repair. Causing more problems a few days later and a flooded kitchen ceiling. Owner was combative and rude after denying all culpability. Wish I could say they owned their mistakes but they did not. Refused to. And left me with more problems than solutions. I can not recommend this company, If only for the way they both spoke to me after the pipe failed and leaked again. The owner decided shouting into the phone was a reasonable response for calling out their missteps.

They were able to send someone promptly after my call. Chad, did a stellar job as usual and didn't charge extra for some unexpected work. Chad is great at explaining all the possibilities - good and bad - so the customer has realistic expectations. Best plumbers in metro area!

Very well. He was training an intern and they were in and out in 15 minutes. Very courteous.

Very knowledgeable about finding the leak source. Also noticed that we didn’t have a pressure valve that was up to code.

Upon arrival, I explained to Chad what my concern and problem was. He looked at the problem, and then sat and spoke with me regarding the steps he was going to take, and also giving me an upfront projected cost based upon the steps and work he anticipated.

I can see why Andy’s Pipe Dream gets so many 5 star reviews. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. Stuart obviously knew what he was doing. He replaced the water pressure regulator and installed an expansion tank on my hot water heater. He was very patient with me as I sat and watched him work and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He cleaned up after the job was done, but even more impressive was that he made very little mess while he was working. Seriously – he had to cut out sections from two different pipes and the floor was barely wet. I also liked that the same person who gave me the estimate came back to do the job. I will definitely call them again when I have a problem and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Service was under guarantee. Mike Strutton was prompt and took care of it for us. When I called I told Andy that it was not an emergency, so they could come when convenient for them, but service was immediate. Thank you Mike. While he was here, we asked him for an estimate for another issue. We will be calling Andy's Pipe Dream again.

Great job. Chad was the plumber who came out to bid the job and do the work. He was super nice and very knowledgeable and professional. Andy called me himself to respond to the bid request and another time to answer a question I had. Solid company in my experience!

It went extremely well. Stuart had to go through the outside wall to the wall in our home theater to avoid damaging the stucco. The targeted area on the inside happened to be behind our 9 ft wide home theater screen, but it went like clockwork once he measured the outside and inside walls. It would have been a disaster if I had even thought about "trying" to do it myself. I would have missed the mark by a mile and wouldn’t even have a clue what to do. Andy's Pipe Dream saved the day for us.

We thought it was the water heater and Chad said it was the drain and not the water heater. He cleaned the water drain and also gave us a quote on replacing the water heater which was very old. >20yrs We were very appreciative for his work and advice. Mike came by a few days ago, as I had requested hot water maintenance services. He basically laid out a game plan, answered all my questions and concerns and didn't force myself too pay anything extra or do any more work than what was required. He basically explained the situation and unlike other companies, AKA Bob Hamilton who would have sat down and said nope this needs to get done or else. Andy's service team explained the in's and out's without having to spend any more than what was needed. He listed any concerns I might have and gave his own professional opinion on the matter that made it easy to relate too. I would recommend Andy's Pipe Dream to anyone seeking plumbing needs and HVAC needs

Fine except for a pipe that broke. Chad had to come and tear out some wall to get to the pipe but all went well.

I realize we have become frequent flyers for plumbing issues, but, I cannot emphasize enough how much we depend on the great service provided by Andy's Pipe Dream. Stuart has been here three times for various projects and took apart our shower valve to try to salvage it. When a few pieces fell apart in his hand, he told us it was time for a new one and we trust him. This company is one of the best ones I have ever dealt with. Not long ago, my husband tried someone else down the street to unclog a toilet. When he paid a fortune, I didn't say 'I told you so, you should have called Andy's'. But, it's true, ha ha and he knows it!

Stu from Andy's Pipe Dream was excellent at determining a good location for the pit and sump pump. He worked around our pier foundation and worked with our landscaper for the outside drain placement. He was efficient, pleasant and even showed us how close our re bar is to the concrete basement floor surface. He explained how he left the cords zip-tied together for the convenience of the electrician who put an outlet close by. Very thorough. Andy's was a little higher in installation cost but the job was well worth it to have confidence it was done right.
