The overall experience was excellent. I made the appointment with Andy, who was very friendly and was able to set an appointment for the following day. Chad arrived at our house on time and was both very professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and even offered to wait while my husband ran to Lowes to pick up a new garbage disposal (it was part of the leak, but we didn't know at the time that it also needed to be replaced). Both the sink and the garbage disposal work great, and all the leaks are fixed - we've had no problems with any of the work that was done. We will use Andy's for any plumbing work that needs to be done in the future. Chad was great - we felt that he was extremely trustworthy and took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Thank you!

They had a cancellation so were able to fit me in the day I called. I had an afternoon appointment elsewhere. The serviceman arrived promptly and completed the work in time for me to make my other appointment. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He outlined the most probable cause, but went on to explain other possible problems if the repair didn't work. It's been working fine ever since.

I called andy , today 3/25/2012 at 10am, there technician i think his name was chad was here at 11:15, he told me exactly what the problem was how much it was going to cost . He was done in a hour and a half, very clean and neat. If you need a plumber should be the first person you call . Usually i do not fill out a review on any technician or product i buy , but they were so good had to .

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. I called Andy's Pipe Dream and spoke with Andy. He said they had an opening between 4-6 that day. Chad called around 2:30-3:00, said he had finished the previous job, and could come on over if ok with me, which was great. He worked for a good amount of time trying to clear the clog, without success. After going down into the crawl space, he said he was pretty sure he knew where the problem was and would need to replace a section of old cast iron/galvanized section of pipe with pvc. It was getting later in the day by this time, but Chad stayed and completed the job. His diagnosis of the problem was correct and my sink was draining perfectly when he left. He was very professional, explained to me in detail what he had to do, and answered all of my questions.

I found him on Angie's List. He had to make a trip to the hardware store to get materials for my repair. They use an answering service so when I call, there is a real person on the line in about three rings. She always says she will get hold of Andy right now; literally, within five minutes, Andy calls me back. He sends a guy out that day; at least that has been my experience. They are great.

Chad came out and took a look and gave me an estimate before he started any work. He also make it very clear that I would have to pay for the service, regardless of whether the plan of attack worked or not, though the amount spent would be applied to the next proposed step. He showed me where he thought the problem was and what he thought would need to be done to resolve the problem. He also attempted to try the most direct way to break up the clog before taking the more difficult and messy route. Fortunately, the first way worked. He explained what was clogging the drain and where and advised the clog was cleared and drains were running. He also pointed out there is a 90 day warranty on the services provided. He was aware I contacted his company through Angie's list and did not hesitate to waive the trip charge and apply the 10% discount to the total service bill. The total cost was $141.00. I must say, however, that with the additional 10% and trip charge, the total cost would have been $186.00, which seems bit steep for a clogged drain, so I was grateful for the discount. The best part is I now have a plumber I can trust and will use again!

We remodeled our kitchen, just in time for the first big snow storm in February. Our plumber came in and finished all his work quickly and accurately. All of the work was great, and we were quite happy with the results.

Got a return call after I posted on the sire in less than 30 minutes. They set me up to see Chad who was going to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I told them up front that I was working within a budget and how much my contractor had indicated that I could expect to pay for the plumbing work that needed to be done. Chad arrived and just kept saying how much work there was, how much work there was. He gave me an estimate for the work that was over triple my budget and was in the area of $1300 as I recall. This is after he had to correct his $1100 estimate as he had forgot something. I then asked him if I agreed to have them do the work, how much time would it take?. He said that it could take as much as 1/2 a day. I went with another vendor on Angie's list who came in and did the job in less than 3 hours. This Master Plumber did a great job and the estimate was nearly right on my budget at $480. Quite a difference. Very pleased with the response but very disappointed with the price estimate. Suspect Andy and his team did not need the work?

The service man came right out and evaluated the situation. He had some concerns about access through the basement if he needed it. But he had the access he needed and all of the work took about 1.5 hours. But while we were in the basement, I noticed our flue pipe had become disconnected and carbon monoxide must have been spilling into our home. He referred us to a guy and he was able to come right out and fix it that afternoon. Although that part was scary. The overall experience with Andy's service man and they guy he referred us to was great.

Chad was very prompt and found problem immediately. Repair was performed and fixed. Very professional and courteous. Would call Andy's Pipe Dream again. Repair and warranty for one price.

The technician arrived on time. He did not particularly want to dfo the work, but went ahead anyway. He was knowledable and finished the job admirably.

I called in the afternoon about a leak in basement that occurs when the shower is running. I quickly received a return phone call from Andy and he was able to send someone over within 45 minutes. Chad arrived and assessed not only the leak but a total of 5 problem areas in the house. Upon further inspection he found that the basement leak was not a plumbing issue, but a grout issue with two loose tiles on shower wall. The laundry was running while he was down in the basement and he saw how much the drain was overflowing. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to snake the drain that day. He also gave me estimates for two different problems that we will be repairing in the future. His customer service and the work completed was excellent!

They were professional and the price was reasonable.

Andy's service man arrived ontime and very proffessional in his appearance. He was able to clean out our drian after several tries. The problem turned out to be that the blockage was just past the end of his clean-out snake he first used. The project I'm sure took longer than he first expected but it did not change the price from the estimate.

Chad came in one day gave me a quote. Schedule the work for the next day. Came in when they said did the work and everything has been great. No problem at all. Thanks

We had a plumbing leak in our upstairs bathtub on New Years Eve. I called Andy's to set up an appointment for after New Years. He was very pleasant and professional, and we discussed the options to resolve the issue. For personal reasons, we did the repair ourselves before the holidays were over. Andy was excellent in discussing options and costs, and very understanding about my cancelling the appointment.

Chad reviewed work and provided step by step estimate. With estimate approved, he performed great work at a reasonable cost. Had the parts on-hand and was done in under an hour from start to finish. Really appreciated him walking through options, what was going to be done and then completely quality work quickly. Would have you back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Chad and thanks to Andy's Plumbing!

Andy was at our house within fifteen minutes of calling on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. He and his colleague replaced our sump pump and did not charge extra on the holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

He was friendly hand seemed to know what he was doing.

Andy's Pipe Dream showed up on time, made a correct diagnosis on the first attempt, offered alternatives together with honest evaluations of them, and did the job within the promised time frame and and got it right the first time. There are cheaper plumbers, but none better.

Chad did a great job. They tried several solutions and only charged me for the one that worked. Much appreciated. Always reasonable and does quaility work. Was very flexible in working with my schedule. I will use them again.

We had a sewer gas smell coming from our air vents. We've had several plumbers come out to look at the problem over the years but it's gotten worse and Chad with Andy's Pipe Dream has been working with us to try to solve the problem. In the meantime, he has fixed a faulty auto-vent and a toilet that was flushing oddly. Chad is always very informative & has come out to our home a few times free of charge while trying to figure out the sewer gas issue. We will be using their services in the spring to run a smoke test on the venting system in our home (the final test they can run). Even though they haven't fixed the main problem yet (sewer gas is tricky to pin-point), they are friendly, quick and very knowledgeable. I have an Architectural Engineering background & my husband used to work for his dad's construction company in the summers so we have enough background with plumbing systems to know that this is a quality company worth hiring.

It went well. Chad arrived and assessed where the leak was, and began to troubleshoot to determine the cause. He had to remove some ceiling to see if it was an older pipe with a leak, and once it was determined that wasn't the issue, he proceeded to remove the upsairs toilet. He found that the toilet didn't have a flange attached, and whoever had repaired it before I bought the home had just used a sealant to seal the toilet to the pipe. He got the correct part and proceeded to custom fit the flange based on how the plumbing had been installed to meet the toilet. It took about 3 1/2 hours to complete, and Chad informed me of additional costs throughout the process. I am happy the leak is fixed and a proper flange is installed with the toilet. I would use Andy's Pipe Dream in the future.

Our disposal died and we needed a new one quickly. Andy's Pipe Dream responded the next day. I was disappointed at the price, felt it was quite expensive when you can purchase the same unit for about $250.

I was great how quickly they got the quote back to me. The quote was pretty high though and so I chose not to follow with them because the quote was high. They did provide the information in a timely manner. They were very courteous and listened.
