Chad was awesome. You can tell right off the bat this guy knows what he's talking about. He also has solid understanding of old or "older" houses and their plumbing needs. On top of everything, he wasn't expecting to do the work at the time of the estimate, but his boss told him to get it done right then and there, so he did. He was fast and efficient, and that's one less thing we have to schedule! The price was very fair. We will use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Andy pipe dream came out to fix our water heater. Pilot light was not staying lit. He first tried the least expensive repair but unfortunately it did not fix the problem. Because it was a holiday weekend, he was unable to get the part needed until Tuesday, 2 days later. I though I would need to call the company on Tuesday to check on ;the status but they called me early Tuesday morning and had it installed and working properly by 10 a.m. Great service!

Very responsive, They returned my initial call within an hour to set up an appointment the next day. The arrived on time, resolved the problem very quickly. He assessed the full flow of the pipe, gave an estimate and explained a 'good scenario' and a 'bad scenario'. When he left, the work area was clean. Very happy with the service.

This is the second time I've used Andy's Pipe Dream. Again, within one hour of phoning for an estimate, I had a return call to schedule work the following day - this was not a rush job, but I appreciated the quick appointment. As before, a careful inspection of the full run of the drain pipes was made (basements really help), and an estimate was provided and possible problems was explained. The job was completed very quickly and the work area was left clean. This is the second time in about 3 months that this drain was supposedly unplugged. I've held off on writing this review to see if the drain was truly cleared. It has been running very well.

They got it done pretty quickly. They were pretty courteous.

After the purchase, I received an email from them the same day stating they do not service my area. I am just requesting a refund for this service.

Andy's apologizedThe true test of a provider is not how things go when things go well - but rather how they treat you when things don't go so well. Andy's Pipe Dream is not only reliable when things work out well - but they stand behind everything they do! When working on the faucet in the shower a small leak came through and into the ceiling below - this could not have been foreseen. In fact my husband commented that he was so glad he had not attempted the repair himself because this would have happened to him! Anyway - Andy not only repaired everything and fixed the leak - but he got paint that matched the ceiling and painted the entire ceiling at his expense. Today everything is as it was and you could not tell with a magnifier that there was anything other than a pristine ceiling. We all know no matter what the rating - stuff happens. To me the true test of a company is what happens when it does. Andy's Pipe Dream is my plumber for life because I know I can trust him no matter what comes - and that means the world to me!

Chad was solid. Andy's has a system I appreciate. They visit, give you an estimate, if you're okay with the charges they perform the work right then. Work was solid. They used a high quality part rather than the cheap stuff available from Home Depot or what the builder put in. Will definitely use again.

Very courteous but was not helpful due to lack of knowledge.

Employee observed we needed the toilets set and wanted $1,168.80 or $389.60 per toilet. Just having toilets re-set at our previous residence this charge is out of line. When I declined the charge and asked the employee to leave the residence the employee stated he had made an error in the estimate of $70.00 per toilet. Just after the employee departed the residence I received a call from the company who attempted to explain the reason for the incorrect estimate. My belief is that trades people who know you have waited a few days for their arrival and know you have probably not had another company estimate and knowing you want the work done and they are there - try the $1,168.80. If the estimate is incorrect the company should train their employees or are they trained?

Chad is a real pro and an expert at working on old plumbing systems that need to be updated. Our 1927 Brookside had the original plumbing in a bath that had never been updated. The tub had an old spout and five water handles. The old tub drain was rusted and ugly. The hardware was also ugly but had probably never been replaced because previous owners realized how much work would be involved. Chad gave us an item-by-item estimate that accounted for the the best- and worst-case scenarios, things that could result given the age of the house and depending on the condition of the pipes under the bathroom. His estimate was not the cheapest; however, I felt it was the most honest and the most informative. He accounted for all the little things that can go wrong in a nearly 90-year-old house. Because we were having the bath redone, Chad was willing to schedule his work between the work other contractors were doing. He spent several hours removing the old plumbing, reconfiguring the pipe system, and tying everything in. He was very careful, and because of this (I feel), the old tub drain pan held and did not have to be replaced. (Other contractors either hadn't wanted to do the job because of the chance of that pan breaking or had said there was no chance it wouldn't break and so gave me sky-high estimates.) Chad let me know every step of the way what he was doing and how the work was progressing. In the end, I would hire him in a moment. In fact, we hope to close on an even older home soon and I plan to hire Andy's Pipe Dream to do the plumbing updates in the baths of that house.

We have used Andy's Pipe Dream outfit for a number of years and have always been happy with the results. Our experience with them has been excellent. They arrive promptly, get to the problem and remedy it at a reasonable price. We will continue to use them.

I had been having a lot of problems with the backup battery system sump pump that had been installed in my basement about 5 years ago and had been plagued with various alarms sounding on the electronic panel. I had checked with several businesses as to how to get a system that would be relatively worry free while protecting my finished basement. After talking to 3 companies, I decided to replace the system Part of the reason I went with Andy's Pipe Dream is that each time I have used them, I get a knowledgeable person on the phone that listens to what my specific problem is and gives me information on how to deal with it. In this case and in prior times I have used this company, they are quick to come out and get the problem under control. In this instance Chad came out the same day. I have used other plumbing companies since moving here but this is the only company with this level of interaction and responsivness.

They were great. Showed up on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again if I lived in the area. Have moved since then.

We were highly satisfied with Andy's Pipe Dream. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly. He took a look at both areas we were concerned with. He then wrote up an estimate. We were satisfied with the estimate and told him to go ahead with the repairs. He fixed both issues in a timely manner. I would say we would use them again but we already have! We have a rental property and have already called them.

They came the same day that I called, they called a half hour before they arrived to give us a heads up. Chad did a great job of explaining what the problems could be and what the options are to fix them. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. He wrote up a proposal and the work was done within the hour. Awesome service and very fair prices - I was bracing myself to have to spend way more! Will definately recommend these guys.

I interviewed 3 other plumbers before Chad came to look at our situation. And the process was very frustrating. None of those first 3 plumbers went into our crawl space. None measured our house. They all had a lot to say (for example "I charge 30% more for crawl spaces" and "You're going to have to replace the line in the yard" "We'll do both the hot and cold water pipes") And only one of them sent us a bid for the service. But, from beginning to end, working with Chad (and telephone conversations with Andy) was a pleasure. He didn't pressure us for additional services at all. Before giving us an estimate, Chad examined the entire length of pipes in our crawl space. He found that the line through the yard was copper and so were our hot water pipes -- so neither needed to be replaced. He measured the distances for the pipes. He gave me an estimate during the visit. Scheduling was quick, the work done in one day -- and our water flow is FANTASTIC. I couldn't be more pleased and I will happily recommend Andy's Pipe Dream - and Chad specifically to all my family and friends.

The plumber was extremely professional. Cleaned up work area after he finished. Offered a number of plumbing hints and tips. Will definitely use them in the future.

Once again I tried to play the part of a plummer, and once again Andy's Pipe Dream bailed me out. I have lived in this location for 15 years, and have only used Andy's for my Plumping Problems. I have no reason or desire to use any body else. They have always provided excellent service, been responsive to any phone call, when I have been given a quote there has never been a hidden charge, I have never had to call them back for the same service, as the first time has always been enough. I highly recommend Andy's Pipe Dream to any one who needs a plummer, I promise you will not be disappointed. Larry Larson.

Chad was very kind. He didn't mind the cat 'helping', he arrived on time and was quick with his work. He did provide estimates (at our request) for replacing the water heater, but there was no hard sell and he seemed fine with just fixing the existing one.

Called Andy and asked for an estimate. Chad came, evaluated the problem, gave us an estimate and said he could fix it immediately or we could call back and set up a time later. The price was very good compared to an earlier one that we had received, so we went with it. He had to go get some supplies, but came back quickly and fixed the problem. He found another one or two leaks, in addition to the first ones, and he fixed them as well. We tested the work by running lots of water and so far, so good. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about every other matter that we discussed. He was very helpful in just tossing about some ideas regarding a bathroom renovation we are considering. We would call Andy's Pipe Dream again, without hesitation.
