He was great. I can't remember his name, he's been out twice now. Very nice, professional, always gives me price and choice of how much I want done upfront, depending on my budget. Very professional, polite, clean up is done. They come on time, and call before arriving.

This is a great company. Chad did a fantastic job and provided estimates on other work we need to have done. The work he did was perfection. I had to call the company back for an unrelated problem (this one was caused by me - the homeowner) and the owner the company called me back within 15 minutes and will send Chad back today to take care of it. Andy and Chad are the best. And their prices are much more reasonable than other plumbers I've used. Good prices and high competence - an unbeatable combination!

Chad installed a new sprayer hose on my kitchen faucet. We discussed other concerns I had about a shut-off valve in a bathroom and a water purifier. I appreciate that he provides information about other plumbing issues, answers my questions, and makes recommendations that save me money. This was the second time I have used the services of Andy's Pipe Dream and I will continue to call them whenever I need plumbing repairs. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted this organization primarily because of it's high rating on Angie's List, and I was glad that I did. I made the call on Monday and they were able to schedule an appointment at my house the very next day. The technician, Chad Jurgensen, met me at my house at the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Chad was professional, proficient, and polite in every respect. He gave me an initial diagnosis of the problem and quoted me a price. Then he proceeded to get the work done immediately, and got the job done in less than an hour. He did a great job, and I am really relieved that my pipes do not make that horrible sound anymore. I give this organization my highest recommendation, and I will not hesitate to employ them in the future.

They came out right away and kept me informed every step as to what they were doing and what they found.

Answering service was very professional. Service tech. called immediately, was honest about rates, time frames, etc., Showed up promptly as quoted with with pre-call for ETA. Chad the plumber assessed and found the problem of frozen pipe, honest with quotes(comparables for services already researched) , professional, and very thorough in assessment and repair. Would highly recommend company.

Chad was our technician. He called to say he was on his way and arrived timely. He worked quickly and got our drain unclogged. He was professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. Love the 10 percent off for being an Angie's List member. We never "want" to have to call a plumber, but if we do in the future we will definitely be calling Andy's Pipe Dream.

Chad Jurgensen was the plumber/technician; he was knowledgeable and proficient. On time, quick to know what was going on and repaired problem immediately. Took 30-40 minutes. Would call in a flash again for help. Very honest!

It cost a lost more than I was expecting, however the job was done thoroughly and to code. The man who did the work was professional, communicative and a great representative for his company. It was more expensive than I was expecting due to my own lack of knowledge. When I bought the refrigerator, the appliance store sold me an "Ice maker hookup kit" for 20 bucks. The kit included a saddle valve and directions indicating that the whole thing would take 10 minutes to install. The plumber explained to me that he could not install this kit because it was against code in KCMO, and because that type of valve always fails in the first couple years. Instead of using the saddle valve, he cut out a section of pipe, soldered in a "T" fitting with a valve and did the job CORRECTLY...which of course cost more than slapping in a saddle valve. Though I wasn't happy about the cost, I knew it was a fair price for all the work he ended up doing, and felt good about the whole thing because I knew it was done the best way possible.

Everything was great from the phone call with the company in the beginning to the service calls. This provider was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We will definitely call them again.

water and drain lines established for utility sink and then hooked up the sink itself. I'm most pleased with the work and professionalism. Next day discovered one of the fittings had sprung a leak. They were back within a couple of hours of my calling and replaced the fitting. No problems since.

After striking out with two other plumbers (deceptive advertising) from Angie's list this morning, I contacted Andy. He was straightforward on the phone and didn't lead me down a "bait and switch" sales pitch like the others. They were able to work me in the same day. The plumber who came was helpful, professional, and did a great job. They will be my first call next time.

He was very professional, informative, and helpful with questions I had regarding household plumbing. I was extremely happy with the entire experience and I will certainly use them the next time I have plumbing needs.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for $39 for $65 for a service call and repairs. There was a little more that needed to be done, so the total was $72 that we had to pay. They contacted us in a timely manner and came out in just a day or two. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

We called and set up an appointment. The plumber showed up on time and determined that we needed a new kitchen disposal. He explained three options, (1) - standard, (2) - good and (3) - best. We opted for the best and he went to pick it up and the supply store and came back within an hour and installed the new disposal. He finished and cleaned up within 30 minutes. We were very satisfied with the service and the disposal continues to work like a charm.

Chad did an excellent job. He showed up when he said. Provided professional opinions on plumbing issues. I would recommend using this company to others.

I had seen an Andy's Pipe Dream truck in my neighborhood and immediately liked the name. I was looking for a plumber so I went to Angie's List. After reading the reviews Andy's Pipe Dream was an easy choice. I left a message describing the problem and Andy called me back within a few minutes. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had a good idea about the solution and options. He fully explained the estimate procedure and the discount available through Angie's list. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. Within a few days I contacted Andy to reschedule because of a family issue. He was both kind and cooperative and a new appointment was set. Chad arrived for the estimate on time. He explained everything he would be doing to determine what the problem was with the leaking faucet. We sat down at the kitchen table to discuss his recommendations, options, and costs. He prepared a written estimate and an appointment was scheduled. Chad arrived on time for the repair. When he was finished he pointed out some things he had noticed about the pipes connecting the faucet. We discussed that the house was built in 1960 and how some things were now done differently. I understood what he told me and was relieved when he assured me that I didn't need to anything about it. Both Andy and Chad were professional and personable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain both the plumbing issues and their business practices. I was completely satisfied with the experience and will call them again whenever I have a plumbing issue. I found them to be knowledgable and trustworthy. The final price was less than the estimate because of Angie's List member discounts. And I especially appreciated that Chad was great with my dogs and my cat.

I was very pleased with the work done. I have older faucet fixtures and Chad was able to find replacements to rebuild the stems. Saved me hundreds as I am sure there are other plumbers out there who would have informed me that the part was broken and could not be fixed. Chad is knowledgeable, informed me of what he was doing and, fixed the problem in a timely manner. I will recommend Andy's Pipe Dream to my neighbors and friends.

The job went quick, easy and complete, plus they accommodated my work schedule coming over to my house after 5p! I called Andy to let him know when I was on my way home from work and that I might be late. In the meantime, Chad called saying he was going to be late as well...so we both got to the house about 5:30p, which worked out well. I was immediately impressed that Chad called to say he would be late. When he arrived, I reviewed the sink stoppage problem, telling him what had happened and home remedies applied, which hadn't worked. He then thoroughly explained what he was going to do as well as best case scenario results and worst case. Fortunately, the "best case" resulted, Chad was quickly done, and my kitchen sink drains fantastically once again! Chad was very personable and, as mentioned, extremely thorough with this explanations and upfront regarding cost. I highly recommend Andy's Pipe Dream and would use their services again. They are honest, know the plumbing business well, do quality work and clean up after the job.

The plumber was on time. He assessed the needs of the new gas range, the existing gas piping layout and provided an estimate of the work needed. We authorized the work immediately and he adjusted his calendar of other appointments to install the new gas line. He was very knowledgeable, had all the necessary tools, and went to purchase what parts were needed. The whole job was done in a few hours to our satisfaction. The new gas range arrived the following week and it works great. We would use this plumber again and recommend them to anyone.

Chad came out and assessed the issues we were having. He provided two options. One was to try to auger the drains to see if they would clear and the second option was to replace the galvanized piping. We ended up having to replace the piping. Chad was very professional and did a good job.

My husband and I just bought our first home and the water heater was 22 years old. So with that said we really didn't have to much experience with stuff that goes with owning a home. I called Andy's Pipe Dream and scheduled an appointment, shortly after that Andy actually took the time to call me back and make sure I didn't have any question or concerns about anything. He was very kind and didn't speak down to me about anything. The day came around for the appointment and Chad was the gentleman that came to the house to install the new water heater. He was kind and took 30 minutes to explain everything to me and then when I called my husband to see what he wanted to do Chad took the time to explain everything to him as well. Chad made my husband and I feel very comfortable with the work we were having done. We didn't feel pressure to get any add ons or anything, it was wonderful! Bottom line Andy's Pipe Dream is awesome and Chad is beyond kind and professional! :)

They were prompt and accurately diagnosed the problem. I knew there was a leak, but did not properly understand its source. Then he quickly fixed the problem; and, as a courtesy, tightened an adjustment on the faucet he installed about a year ago, and showed me how to do this.
