Scheduling of the estimate went very well, and when I decided to hire them, the work was scheduled immediately to meet my needs. On the scheduled date for the installation, the installer arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I was completely satisfied.

Andy took the time to explain to me what was and wasn't needed given the circumstances of my gas log lighter - ultimately, we determined that there was no work that needed to be performed at this time. Andy was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. Based on my (admittedly limited) interaction, I would absolutely recommend him!

The technician was on time and professional. He quoted a 13-14 seer hvac system for approximately $7200. He also offered a seer 17 system for approximately $8500. This included no extra work needed. I got 3 other quotes and decided to use Midwest who installed a seer 17 system for approximately $7300. This included extra needed work plus blocking off 2 vents, a $600 chimney flue, and a approximately $460 WiFi thermostat control unit. You can see why I chose the other company who offered a much better unit plus a significant amount of extras for approximately the same price.
