Service went great! Chad was early and did a very good job. This is the 3rd plumbing project we had Andy's Pipe Dream provide and we would definitely call them again. I highly recommend Andy's. Also, the final price was less than the original quote.

It went very well. - Chad arrived on time and introduced himself. - He is very likeable, businesslike and we were pleased to invite him inside. - We showed him the sink/cabinet wherein the disposal that seemed to be leaking was located. - He diagnosed and explained the problem (leaking disposal) and worked up 3 different bids on disposals that were available. - He had all 3 models on his truck - We selected the model we wanted and he immediately began repair/replacement of the leaking disposal. - We were impressed by he workmanship and knowledge of the project. Took him very little time, and he was very careful about making a mess and cleaning up after he finished. -We asked him many questions and he explained each answer to our satisfaction. - We also explored with him other plumbing/water problems that we were looking a fixing, and he explained how we should go about exploring options for the repair/replacement of the discussed devices. -- We will decide what is next and get with him when ready to move on to next project. Chad was polite, well spoken, and very proficient in his approach to the job and its execution. Perfect. Sent an e-mail appointment request on Sunday afternoon. Got a phone call within 15 minutes to set up an appointment for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. Chad arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m., explained the process, successfully completed the repair within 30 minutes. Very professional, prompt, provided all information requested. Would definitely recommend Andy's Pipe Dream and we will definitely call again for plumbing issues.

Chad called prior to arriving and was at my house on time. I showed him both of the issues and while the outside faucet was a full replacement, the basement leak could be dealt with in two ways. He opted to check the water pressure outside first to ensure it was calibrated correctly and then took readings with the kitchen faucet on which showed a large pressure drop. Chad took the time to explain what could be causing this as well as going through both options to fix the immediate issues. Instead of just replacing the copper pipe around the existing pressure reducing valve I opted to have a new valve installed which ended up resolving the water pressure issues as well. I'm happy with the quality of the work and I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I have used Andy's Pipe Dream before about 16 months ago to tap a water line to hook up a refrigerator for ice and water dispenser. Technician Chad came at that time and did a fantastic job, so very professional and knowledgeable. On July 3, 2015, on a Friday evening, I found I had a toilet backing up which I could not unclog with a plunger. I was remodeling another bathroom at the time so I only had access to one toilet in the house. So obviously it was crucial to get this fixed that evening. Chad came out about 35 minutes after I spoke on the phone with Andy's Pipe Dream. He was great. Unfortunately this was an after hours trip so there was a charge to come to my house and premium charge for the work performed. A 6 foot auger did not dislodge the blockage in sewer line, so he had to remove the toilet and auger with a 50 foot one. After several runs of the 50 foot auger, he finally broke through the block and everything drained perfectly. Chad worked very h****** the problem and I felt he went the "extra" distance to make sure all was well and properly draining. He reset the toilet in place and totally cleaned up the floor, debris, and all his equipment. In resetting the toilet, he performed such an exceptional job, such as placing shims under toilet to level it and caulking the toilet to the floor for added holding power. I had never seen anyone ever use shims to level a toilet nor caulk the toilet to floor. I just felt that these extra steps were standard procedure for this business and it was exactly how it should have been finished, and it was! I wonder if all plumbers are this professional and pay such strict attention to efficiency and doing the job correctly and completely. I really can only say nice things about Andy's Pipe Dream. I think they are a great business that is so professional and are interested in treating all their jobs with highly qualified workmanship. Yes, the cost was high for this job, but I understood it was after hours and would be subject to higher charge to pay the time and 1/2 . Charge of $297 to pull the toilet off after initial auger through toilet would not read the blockage. Sounds hi cost, but I knew it was worth it to fix the problem. Chad didn't really have a choice but had to continue using the 50 ft auger to get that blockage removed. Chad was very professional, kind, personable and knew how to fix the problem. Again, cost seems hi but considering the time of night they came to repair this problem and how long it took, about 2 hours, and a great cleanup, this company, Andy's Pipe Dream, should be your place to call for any plumbing problems. I feel confident that you will be completely confident and trusting of their expertise in plumbing matters. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding. In arranging the appointment, I spoke with the service operator, and then received a call back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. Even though I didn't need next day, they had someone out here first thing in the morning. Chad arrived promptly, listened while I explained the circumstances, showed me his considerations and possibilities and then provided a quote. I asked him to proceed with the service and he was able to repair the situation without needing the more extensive and expensive option. Even if we had needed to go with the more costly repair, I would have given that job to Chad based on his performance in the first half hour of the appointment. He was efficient and effective, and educated me on some other possibilities for my potential project. I would absolutely hire Andy's Pipe Dream again and give kudos to Chad for his work today.

Okay, I am not a "reviewer". But Chad with Andy's did an "over-and-above-the-call-of-duty" job in correcting an UNSAFE natural gas piping job that was performed several years ago by a different provider. He worked until 7 pm to get the job done. He had to go searching for a fitting that didn't exist on the truck. And he clearly explained everything he was doing. I have used other plumbing services like "Bob" and "Roger" and "A" and so on. These guys have won my business for future years to come. I've built new homes. I've remodeled homes. And I can tell you that these guys are the best. Period.

There was a puddle of water on my kitchen floor one morning. It was obviously coming from my old garbage disposal. I called Andy's Pipe Dream and was impressed with their professional and kind attitude on the phone. They were able to send someone that same day. Not only did he replace my disposal with a better disposal, but he repaired the hinge on my kitchen cabinet. He left the work area clean and explained in detail what to expect from the new disposal and how to best use it for maximum results. I will call on them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

He came the same day I called. He cleared out the floor drain and pulled out a ball and other items. He ran my washing machine to make sure the floor drain did not back up and showed me that I had a bad leak coming from my washing machine.

It was wonderful. Chad is a skilled worker and very quick. He gave us wonderful tips to help keep our new disposer in top shape. I was impressed throughout the entire process, from my initial call to the immediate response call. They were able to make it out the same day I called them, and the man operating the phone was very pleasant and I appreciate how quickly they got back to me! We need a new sprayer and I can say with supreme confidence I will be using Andy's Pipe Dream again! Thank you so much!

I called Andy because another service told us that we needed a plumber for services they weren't able to provide. I thought that we had a leaky drain in a shower - it was dripping in the basement. Andy came and examined the problem. He determined that the floor itself was leaking, and not just the drain. He wrote up his findings and informed us that he wasn't going to be able to fix the issue by himself. He didn't charge a trip fee, was very informative, and very professional. We are figuring out what to do with the flooring now, but if we need plumbing assistance, we will be calling Andy!

I received a quick response and appointment. The plumber Chad was very personable and professional. He took care of my leaky pipe in short order. I appreciated that He put a rug down to keep my carpet clean. I think the price was reasonable and I was pleased with the work. It went great! Chad came out the first time - we had a leak in our shower & he temporarily fixed it as there were other parts needed (again - old house - old fixtures). Andy called me back to tell me that he had found the parts, but I asked him about replacing the current chrome fixtures with oil-rubbed bronze if he had to get special parts anyway. He had to do some digging to find those fixtures for our particular old set-up. I texted him pictures & he was great about keeping me posted on progress, challenges, potential prices, dates, etc. Chad came back to do everything (on a Friday afternoon, no less!) & couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or thorough. I felt so badly for him - it took him until after 8:00 until he was done - he had to cut into our wall in 2 places to replace a galvanized pipe. Bummer for both of us. :) He worked non-stop & the final product is wonderful - we couldn't be happier! It looks wonderful & he checked everything thoroughly before he left & cleaned up the gunk in the bathtub & still had a great sense of humor! I was so excited - he changed the floor drain & we now can use our shower as a bathtub! Like I told him, it's the little things... :) I asked Chad if I could request him when we next use Andy's, because we will be using them from now on. I'm sure they're not the least expensive, but in a 60 year old house with 2 people with busy schedules, we feel like our money was well-spent. I think we know we usually get what we pay for. Talked with Andy and set up a time and date for the work to be done. Then Andy called letting me know he had a free driver that could be at my house within the hour. I agreed and Chad arrived within the hour, I showed him my issues. He gave me the estimates and was very detailed in what he would do to fix each issue. I had him fix a leak and plumbing under the sink. He was done very quick and left no mess. Very professional and nice guy.
