Service man was available when I called. He came quickly and his work was done quickly and the work area was left very clean. The work I needed was all that was done and I was very pleased with the experience.

Excellent! Contacted them on a Saturday morning. Made an appointment for later that same afternoon. Chad called to let me know he was on his way within the time frame of the set appointment. He showed up exactly as he said. Looked over my requests. Gave me a price that was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. He made a recommendation that I felt was valid and didn't think he was just trying to hike up my bill. His work was outstanding & I am a very happy camper!!! Thank you, Chad! We called early one morning and were promptly called back within a few hours. That same afternoon, a plumber was at our house and used an auger to clean out the shower drain. The work was fast, efficient and professional. We would certainly use this company in the future.

I contacted Andy's office on Tuesday morning April 5th and Chad returned my call within 10 minutes. We discussed the repairs needed and he said he could come out that afternoon. I was not going to be available and asked if he could do the work on Thursday morning the 7th. He said that would work fine and offered his earliest appointment at 8:00 AM. Thursday morning he arrived at precisely 8:00 AM, reviewed the two projects that needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate. I agreed with the estimate and Chad began work. To install the water control valve in a functional manner and location he need to redesign the piping coming into the house, so I could remotely shut down the water coming into the house as well as shut down the irrigation system in the event that line had a leak. He accomplished this in a very timely manner and his redesign is much more streamlined and aesthetically presented than the original installation. The kitchen sink faucet control handle was continually coming loose and controlling the water temperature was touchy. He cleaned out excess grease in the cartridge area and firmly tightened the handle, and now it is working like a new faucet.

While cleaning up after a late dinner, both kitchen sinks filled with yucky dirty water. But the garbage disposal wasn't stuck but was just whirring away like normal. Called Andy at 8:30 the next morning and Chad arrived to check out my problem within the hour. He snaked the drain and found a bad clog about 10 feet down. The teeth on the old disposal were worn down and food wasn't being ground up so much as it was just being pushed along. I chose to go ahead and have a new disposal installed as I didn't want to encounter this problem again. Chad was professional, courteous, and committed to doing a good job. He advised me to run my dishwasher a couple if times as the dirty water could have backed up into it. I hadn't even thought about that and was very glad he mentioned it. I will definitely use Andy's for my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Pat was incredible. Very professional and took the time to explain everything and discuss the different options that I had to repair all of the issues. Great Plumber and seemed like a great guy. He seems to have a lot of plumbing experience and he is also not afraid to get dirty! Andy was also great. Anytime I called and left a message he would return my call immediately. He would listen carefully to the issues I was having and set an appointment up for me that worked with my schedule. Once we determined what was causing the leak I called to have Pat come complete most of the work he had quoted. He was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and what caused the issues. He completed the work quickly, it is all working and looks great. The smell from the existing standing water remained so I called Andy's Pipe Dream talk to Andy or Pat about other locations that could be causing the issue. I called on a Saturday and mentioned it could wait until the following Monday if needed. Andy called me back immediately as he always did and set up a time for Pat to come out on Monday. Pat came out and he figured out the smell was coming from the location where the water had been standing and not from the sewer. Pat recommended throwing down a bag or two of lime over the location where the water was and it has seemed. I was not charged anything for this visit or any of the previous visits. I was only charge what was quoted to me for the work that was completed. He even was complimentary of the work I decided to complete myself. I had called several plumbers and really needed someone reliable with experience to figure out the issues I was having. I found what I was looking for once I called Andy's Pipe Dream! I will absolutely recommend Andy's Pipe Dream and Pat to anyone that needs plumbing work done!

I called Andy's Pipe Dream, and was told Pat would call when he was finished with his current job. Pat called about 40 minutes later. When he arrived, he checked the shower, and gave me an estimate. I gave the go ahead and he removed the old cartridges and left to pick up new ones. He was back within 45 minutes. It took him about 10 minutes to install the new cartridges. I didn't expect to have the problem fixed in one day!

Reported to the work site within 30 minutes of my call and had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes. My tenant was so impressed.

The result exceeded our expectations...great water pressure now. While doing this work, Chad also pointed out an issue we had that was not up to code with the hot water heater. He took care of this as well. Chad is very knowledgeable, and was concerned with making sure he had the best solution for us. Very pleasant person.

We called Andy's in the morning, and Chad, the master plumber, was at our house by noon. He was very knowlegable and professional. The work was completed that afternoon. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We have used Andy's Pipe Dream several times in the past for our plumbing needs. We find Chad and Patrick to be easy to work with and always interested in detailing for us our options for resolving any problem. This time around was no exception. We called Andy's because of a water leak from a second floor bath into a newly refinished family room. I suspected that the leak came from the shower. Patrick, after an inspection of the bath and the location of the water damage, concurred that the shower appeared to be a problem. The more certain option in determining the nature of the leakage was to remove a portion of the ceiling around the leak. Patrick suggested that as an initial and less expensive effort we replace the shower head that was both old and inefficient, clean the drain, and consider replacing the old glass door that was permitting water to leave the shower enclosure, puddling on the floor outside the shower. We elected for the less expensive and less intrusive option with the full realization that the source of the leak might not have been addressed. Both plumbing recommendation (the shower head and the drain) addressed existing problems with the shower. Patrick suggested a company that could install a new shower door. Once we complete that task, we are hopeful we will have resolved the leakage. If not, we will call Andy's for a next step.

Chad was right on time & very pleasant as was last time . After a nice greeting he got right to work. Within an hour he was done & took me out to show me & it was just as he had proposed it . I was very happy with everything & especially happy that I wont have to worry about my water line bursting anymore. It should be the last time I have to worry about my garage spigot. I am so happy I found Andy's Pipe Dream. Being a single woman & having to worry about all the scams & everything its nice to have someone that I can count on to do the job & do it at a reasonable price. After the second time of having Chad to do my repairs I feel like he's a friend ,not just someone who has to do a job. Andy's has a real gem in Chad .I will sing their praises to all that will listen.

It went very well. Chad answered questions promptly on the phone, came precisely when he said he would, and did very neat work. He recommended a couple of things--replacing some pipes, replacing the moving parts in the toilet--that weren't strictly necessary at that time, but it was clear they would need to be done eventually. No pressure, just information, and I chose to go ahead and do it. I'm very pleased with his work.

Patrick showed up 5 minutes early and waited until exactly 2 o'clock to ring the bell. After inspecting the sump pump area, grinder well, and pipes leading from all this, he found that raw sewage was getting into the sump area and the smell was coming from that water. He gave us an estimate to replace the grinder well cover, as he was going to remove that and see if a pipe was cracked in there, allowing sewage into the sump. He came back the next day and took off the grinder cover. He discovered that the original builder had removed a plastic "knock out" to run the pipe from the downstairs bathroom. The pipe was lower than the hole, so they cut a hole in the side of the tank to run the pipe through, covering the knock out hole with DUCT TAPE! This, along with a grinder pump float that was not adjustable, was allowing sewage into the gravel outside the grinder, which flowed directly to the sump pump. He installed a 6" pug in the "taped" hole, sealed around the pipe run through the sidewall of the pit, and installed a new grinder with an adjustable float. After finishing, Patrick asked if we were Angieslist members, and gave us a 10% discount because we are. We've lived, off and on, with a rotten egg smell in our house since we moved in 5 years ago. I'm typing from a stink-free basement right now. Andy's is professional, punctual, and sympathetic to the average citizen. Two of Andy's competitors, listed on Angies, couldn't find the problem we had. We have pumped our septic tank 5 times in 5 years at the suggestion of 3 other plumbers. I'm glad that companies like Andy's Pipe Dream are out there. It makes owning a home a lot easier!

I called office to arrange work to be done. Andy was not immediately available, but called me back with 3-4 minutes. We scheduled the job to be done the next day. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Chad informing me he could do the work yet the same day if my schedule permitted. I agreed and Chad was on the job within the hour. Job was done professionally, quickly, and cheerfully and with great care regarding cleanliness. Entire job was done within two hours. I have used Andy's before and have always been very satisfied, just as I was on this occasion I highly recommend Andy's Pipe Dream without reservation.

I called Andy's Pipe Dream in the morning to see if I could make an appointment for a member of their staff to come to check on the drains in the master bathroom. Andy called me back immediately and told me someone could come in the afternoon that same day. Chad came at the time Andy said that he would come. He was extremely professional, as always, and checked the drains to see if he could identify the problem. He told me what he thought was probably wrong and I agreed to the work he outlined. He adjusted the pop-up on one of the sinks so that it would drain more easily. He cleaned out the drain on the other sink so that it would drain more easily. Chad worked quickly and efficiently, as he has every time he has helped us with a plumbing problem. I received a $13.00 discount for being an Angie's List member. I also had a $50.00 coupon I received from the company for writing reviews after other work has been performed. That also reduced the total amount owed for this trip. After all the discounts were applied my final bill was $71.00.

Extremely professional. Chad quickly replaced valves in laundry room and asked if we needed any other help. So we had him replace a valve in the basement to increase water flow in my refridgerator. Also found a leak in basement bathroom. It was a great experience and would use them again.

Andy was great. Answered all our questions, and provided insights into what was causing our problem. He suggested a wait and see instead of doing unnecessary work. We will definitely use him in the future.

They were friendly and cordial during the estimate process. We had a lot of difficuly getting people to come out to give estimates and ended up choosing them due to lack of time and options. When he began the work, the mood changed and he seemed annoyed if we were around at all. In fairness, he may have just been very focused on his work, but it was uncomfortable being around him while the work was being done. He went back to being friendly again once the job was done. The quality of their work was great, but the price was ridiculous for what was done...in my opinion. The job only took about a day and a half and he charged us $2,657, a majority of which was labor. I provided all of the rough-in fixtures for the shower (the expensive ones) with the exception of two cheap brass fittings to install shower heads. They provided the pvc for the drain pipes, pex for the water lines and the connections, the rest of the cost was labor. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen someone else due to the cost.

I have used Andy's Pipe Dream three or four times in the past, and am always satisfied. Chad is very friendly, and takes care of whatever my plumbing issues are. This time, I had a gas pipe that went to an old boiler in my basement. It was in the way and served no purpose, so I wanted it removed. Chad arrived on time and had everything done in an hour or so. I will definitely use Andy's Pipe Dream the next time I need plumbing services.

They were punctual and professional. They offered options and did not recommend anything that was not needed. They quoted me a price before the work was started and left me with options to consider regarding a garbage disposal.

I had no hot water on Tuesday morning. I called Andy's Pipe Dream and was told Andy would call me back. He called me back in about 10 minutes and said someone would be able to come out between 5:00 and 7:00 that night. Chad called twice with updates on time and then did arrive at around 6:45. He and Pat were able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes. They were very professional, explaining what the problem was and the repair needed. I highly recommend them.

Sunday afternoon - no hot water. Checked heater, was not kicking in at all. Found old owner's manual and followed directions to shut off. Emailed Andy through Angie's list and called number. Left message with answering service that no service necessary before Monday, but would like a call back if possible. Mainly I wanted to confirm that I had turned off safely. Andy called back which I appreciated and confirmed I had taken appropriate steps. I am a worrier where gas appliances are concerned! Told me he would have Chad out on Monday (next day) between 10 & 11. Great! Chad called about 9 and said his first job had gone more quickly than expected. Would I like him to come earlier? Yes. Chad and Pat arrived, both very professional and helpful. Since the heater is older, at least 15 years, I was bracing for a full replacement. Very relieved to need just a replacement part. Chad was thorough in his explanations. Their estimate forms are great. Included three possibilities: the thermocoupler; second possibility, gas valve, if that repair did not fix; and for comparison the cost of a new water heater. Thermocoupler has solved the problem! I appreciated the quick response, the excellent communication and the professional, respectful attitude of all 3 men.
