Andy's Pipe Dream

Water heaters have gone up in price.... We knew this, so there was an expectation. Pat from Andy's Pipe Dream was prompt, examinied our leaking water heater, gave us and estimate and performed the installation perfectly. All within 2.5 hours of arriving. He installed an American made water heater, cleaned up his mess and was gone. Nicely done.

Chad came and fixed both problems. Now we have a working shower and a toilet that flushes. Great job.

Great! Pulled out roots, etc and unclogged outside drain. Pat (plumbing technician) gave us some pointers to keep the outside drain working.

Great service as mentioned in most reviews. Had a waste line that backed up on Sunday night, called Andy's first thing Monday morning. Within 5 minutes had a return call from Andy, discussed the problem and scheduled a guy that day. Pat called 30min before he arrived and was very knowledgeable & professional, we discussed a plan he gave me the price and we had been wanting to do some additional upgrades that we decided to move forward with at the same time which were discounted and we got an additional discount for being on Angie's list, pricing was in line with what we were willing to spend so we moved on with the work. Very good experience and would highly recommend for your plumbing needs. We will definitely be a return customer if the need arises.

I call late the evening before, Andy called be back within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment the next day. Tech showed up on time and completed the tasked with 30 minutes.

I had messaged Andy through Angie's List asking about the process of getting a bid on the work, but ended up calling him and scheduling an appointment after he said they could have a tech out the same day. Pat called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the beginning of my estimated service window. He quickly diagnosed the leak, wrote up a proposal, and after I gave the go-ahead continued on repairing the leak right then. After the work was complete, Pat tested the drain for leaks, then walked me through the breakdown of the costs. The whole process was very fast, I was definitely impressed with the promptness of communication and service. I won't hesitate to call Andy in the future for other repairs. Thanks!

instalation was smooth, but the toilet was a little too noisy when the water would shut off after flushing. Chad checked our water presure and discovered it was on the high side. After this was fixed, the toilet was better, but not perfect. We were happy, but Chad called a few days later and wanted to come by and replace the flush valve with a new one. This did the trick and now the toilet is super quiet. Chad went the extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied.

I called at 7:15 a.m. & spoke to an actual person. Andy called me back within 5 minutes and had a tech at my house 30 later. Tech was professional, friendly and diligent in locating and fixing even more gas leaks than the gas company found. Totally impressed with the customer service. I won't hesitate to call Andy's again for any plumbing work I might need.

It went very well! Chad got here, brought his drain auger in, and spent more time augering the drain than any other company we've used. After he finished, he suggested we use an enzyme drain cleaner to help keep it draining well. The old saying's "you get what you pay for" positive side was true with this service! It cost a little more than past companies, but Chad was far more thorough in cleaning the drain!

Andy called me back within 10 minutes of my initial call. He was able to schedule the service within 24 hours. The plumber, Chad, was friendly, communicated clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He removed the old tubes and installed the new ones; he also set the toilet metal ring; both jobs were done right and quickly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Andy called me back in about five minutes and discussed the problem I was having, offering to set up a time as soon as I needed, though two days later worked better for me. Chad arrived that day at the planned time and discussed the options for my needed repairs. He completed the drain repair and the new outside faucet installation within an hour, and everything has been working fine since. I've used Andy's Pipe Dream several times now and have been completely satisfied. They respond quickly and do quality work.

On time! Good price! I didn't really plan on getting a leaky pipe fixed on top of pipe cleaning ( I had been putting it off) but service and price convinced me to finally get it done. Chad was very nice. Great job!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I left a message with their answering service and heard back at 9:30pm from Andy who scheduled Chad at 8am the next morning. This level of responsiveness was excellent, above and beyond. Chad arrived at 8am, tested the thermocoupler installed 6 months ago. It was doing its job. Next item up would be to replace the gas valve or purchase a new water heater. The price of the valve was 35% of the cost of a new heater. Since the heater is 25 years old, I opted to purchase a new heater. Both options were carefully explained by Chad and written up with prices & zero pressure for one option over the other. I learned a lot about water heaters! Hot water heater was installed, clean up done by 10:30am. I had four house guests arrive at 10pm the night before after discovery of problem so the responsiveness (and the fact that my guests could shower) was doubly appreciated. Any future plumbing issues - Andy will get the call from me.

Pat arrived early and was very professional. He made sure to thoroughly troubleshoot our existing problem before recommending a new water heater. He changed out the water heater the same day, and he was very careful to take care of the floors and other items that could potentially be damaged when moving such a large appliance through the house. He answered all of my questions and gave me his contact information should I have further questions or concerns about the work that was performed. I am very happy with his work.

It was a great experience. I had tried turning off the frig shutoff valve and it just snapped off and started leaking. So I quickly went to turn off the water at the main shutoff valve and had trouble with it as well. I had visions of a flooded house until I was finally able to get the valve shut. I called and was called back by a tech in under 10 minutes. I explained what I needed done and they got me scheduled for later that day but would try to get out ASAP. They ended up showing up in under an hour. They checked everything out and gave me a reasonable estimate and knocked out the work quickly after I gave my approval. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
