Pat was very professional and also very punctual. Pat explained to me what I needed done and how much it was going to be upfront. It was so nice to have an honest person come to my house and preform work that I needed done.

They have always been responsive and do the work quickly. I have had dealings with two different people there and they have always been so friendly and helpful. One of the employees I spoke with always remembers facts about previous visits and even brief conversations we had when he was on the job. Great customer service!

They sent someone quickly and fixed it fast

Great, the plumber (Pat) was able to show up on the same day that I called. He did a thorough walk around to show me what had to be done and why. He was professional and friendly, got the job done in a very short amount of time. He did an excellent job of clean up, probably because he was so careful while he was working under my sink. I am very impressed with this company, and especially Pat.

I called late afternoon and got appointment the next day. Chad arrived on time and gave options to repair and provided written estimate to repair. Very satisfied with work performed.

Chad suggested that he could repair the faucet rather than replace it, which would be less expensive for us. Chad is very professional and pleasant. We're also considering moving an internal gas line to a small furnace. He gave us an estimate for that. It's apparent he knows his trade. He is definitely our go-to plumber.

Chad was prompt and professional. He did a great job of explaining what our options were to fix our leaky toilet. The simplest repair worked, and just as he was finishing up, another internal piece broke and had to be fixed--increasing the price by over $100. The service was great and very timely - estimates and cost were the highest I've encountered. I would hire again in a pinch as Chad was courteous and professional - but not my "go to" plumber due to pricing.

I got their name from Angie List. They had good reviews and so, I took a chance with them. The cost was probably $250 because it involved all the 3 toilets, it involved a lot of material and labor. I was okay with that.

I have used Andy's Pipe Dream several times. I have used them before, it is a great company. Everything is fine. The guys are great. I didn't shop around because I had used them before but I was comfortable with the price. I didn't question it. They called before hand and they were right on time. I have recommended them to my kids. I think it is just a local family owned business and I kind of like that. It went great.

While giving our daughter a bath we got a lot of water damage on the floor below the tub. After getting the water cleaned up we call out Andy's Pipe Dream to inspect the tub to make sure this would not happen again prior to starting renovations. Andy's Pipe Dream was punctual and did a through inspection and found the tub was not caulked around the spigot and water was able to run back down while playing in the tub.

Perfect. Chad called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was baby and dog friendly. After surveying the problem I had explained, he provided a fair bid for what he believed could be the worst case, with itemization for any possible case. He found the leak in a few seconds, and the amount of gas it was leaking was relatively large. The bid was then updated for the actual fix, which turned out to be relatively simple in the end, and this was also a fair price for the job.

It was Friday at 5:15pm with company coming for the weekend....dinner just got started and the kitchen sink drain clogged. Ugh! Called several places to possibly come that night but no luck until Andy's. They graciously sent a serviceman late on a Friday. Pat was wonderful. He snaked the drain and had us enjoying our Friday night before too long at all. All that at a fair price and a little Angie's list discount to boot. Thanks Andy!

The guy was totally professional and was very quick on finding what's going on. Fixed the issue in half hour.

Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I couldn't get it opened up with a plunger. It appeared to be somewhere below the garbage disposal. We were getting ready to leave town and needed it fixed before we could leave. We called Andy's Pipe Dreams based on great Angie's list reviews. Just a few minutes after we called the service number I received a call back. I was told that they could have someone there in about 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later Pat showed up to evaluate the problem. He said that the problem was caused by a relatively new cheap garbage disposal with worn blades. The food waste wasn't getting ground up properly. He was able to snake the drain line and clear the clog. He also gave us prices if we wanted to have him install a new garbage disposal. Great prompt and courteous service. We also received price breaks for our Angie's list membership. Overall a fair price for a job well done.

It went well. They always give options and prices before performing any work. Pat completed the work and then found a leak on our water meter. He guided me in contacted the utility company to have them fix their leak.

It was a wonderful experience. I have used Andy's Pipe Dream for two years now and have never had a problem. He fixed the sump pump and even fixed a separate issue with my water heater and did some preventative work as well.

The tech was very nice and on time. Once he pulled out his 100 page pricing binder I knew this was going to go down hill fast. He started adding up everyone action it would take to get the vanity installed and talked through the process of cutting the pipes and rerouting them to fit. So the bid was $1156 to get a vanity installed, which is a crazy high price. Also, I have a small leak in a facet, which they quoted a facet repair at $200. He believed that the work would take under 3 hours to complete all the required work. Well at $400 per hour, this plumbing service is more expensive than an doctors labor rates. Dont not use this company unless you are in the mood of wasting your money. Get on youtube, call a friend and save yourself the money. I was able to install in the vanity in a hour with a friend with minimal tools and knowledge of plumbing.

Chad explained everything and answered all questions. He was efficient, friendly and prompt.

Very responsive to initial request . Contacted immediately and plumber sent out same day. Once plumber arrive, looked at toilet (3 minutes) then spent 15 minutes writing up 4 proposals from (1) using snake to unclog,$187 (2) perform minor toilet maintenance, $279 (3) replace toilet with lower model,$676 (4) replace toilet with higher model.$903 Stated I only wanted them to use snake to try to unclog. Paid $168 with Angie List Discount. This worked within 1 minute and solved problem. Should have done that when plumber first looked at toilet. (in my opinion) Told plumber I would not be interested in other three options if snake did not work.
