Andy's Pipe Dream

Great. Job was performed as scheduled in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

The job went well and Pat worked quickly and was busy the whole time he was there. I like Pat and will request his services again in the near future. The only thing I am not sure about is the water pressure. The pressure regulator does not have a gauge. The home inspector said the water pressure is too high at 80# and Pat said he was going to check the pressure after installation of the regulator. I was with him the whole time and did not see him check the water pressure. After he left I called and talked to Andy who called me back after talking to Pat. I was told the water pressure is between 70 and 75 pounds. Although I did not see Pat check the water pressure and have no way to verify it, I have no reason to doubt him. I liked his work and professionalism and I will definitely have him back out for more work in the near future.

Chad did a very good job. Called company at 10 am and got called back in 10 minutes .set appt between 12 and 3 and Chad called at 12:30 and was here in 10 minutes. Installation took about 20 minutes. Very clean no mess left. Would highly recommend.

The installation was relatively complex and went very well. The technician was extremely professional and helpful. The quality of the work and the hydrants is great. We really like this company.

Both Andy and Chad (the field technician) were very professional and personable. Chad gave us a very thorough explanation of what work needed to be done. The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner. Chad provided some creative solutions to deal with some of our old shower handles which saved us both time and money. The cost was reasonable considering the time spent and the work that was completed. We will definitely use Andy's Pipe Dream in the future.

Very well, minor toilet rebuild was performed in a very prompt and efficient manner. The problem was solved to our satisfaction.

Chad has done the repairs each time and provided very helpful information about the make of our faucets and the fact that they have a lifetime guarantee. This enabled us to get free replacements and Chad did the installation. Whenever I place a call to Andy's Pipe Dream, I get a return call within 5 minutes and the repair is done that day or the next. We will definitely use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Pat arrived the within an hour of our call. He found the solution to the water pressure issue. Then he went on to install the new sump pump in no time. He was professional and friendly. We would have no problem recommending Andy's to our friends.

Needed to find out what was wrong with our 12 year old water heater - and decided to have the kitchen faucet finally replaced. (we had a new one sitting in a box for 6 months waiting for my boyfriend to have the time to do it.) Chad was amazing. Explained everything he was assessing, all of our options, explored all of the less expensive possibilities that could be wrong with the heater and walked us through each one until we understood why he was recommending replacing the regulator. Gave us option of a new one so we could decide if it was worth it to keep this one then handily replaced the kitchen faucet that had been leaking non-stop for 6 months so we were extremely happy - hot water and no leak! Very professional and I will recommend to EVERYONE I know!

This is the longest review I’ve ever written. It was a successful transaction from start to finish. The appointment for an estimate was arranged quickly, and Pat the plumber was able to come early, calling to get an OK to arrive early. He was friendly and polite, easy to talk to, and comfortable to have in our home, both during the estimate with me and on the day of the actual work, when my wife was the one home. He examined the areas where work would need to be done, then sat down for several minutes with his binder to prepare a precise estimate, including reminding us of a discount we received through Angie’s List. The estimate was considerably lower than the one other estimate we got for the same job. The estimate took place before the holidays, and we scheduled the actual work for weeks later to avoid inconvenience to ourselves during the holidays. I spoke to the owner, Andy, while booking the job, and told him I’d hired them in large part due to the online comments I’d read and Andy’s detailed and respectful responses, including to some customers who had sources of dissatisfaction. He said it makes no sense to do it any other way. Again, Pat was punctual for his appointment, arriving just a few minutes before the official 8:00 starting time. His level of skill and professionalism was high throughout, including quickly and efficiently solving an unforeseen problem created by an obvious mistake made by a previous plumber. It’s hard to describe how wonderful it is to have a powerful shower of any temperature after putting up for some time with one that had to be adjusted precisely at a low volume to avoid freezing. The final bill matched the estimate exactly. Pat encouraged us to leave a review on Angie’s List, regardless of whether it would be positive or negative. Obviously, we’re satisfied customers, and expect to return any time we need plumbing work done.

Excellent service. Chad and Pat came out and talked with me to help sort our the problem. Recommended starting with some of the easier solutions as a way to sort out the problem. Discussed the way to troubleshoot the issue further if the easy solutions did not work. Performed the work we discussed at the same appt. Worked quickly and kept the work area clean. Checked all their work. Discussed what to look for down the road if the problem returns. Excellent experience. Will hire again.

Called on a Thursday for an appointment on Friday and the operator put a request for Andy to call me back. He called back in about 10 minutes and had someone at my house 30 minutes later to fix the leak.

Pat came out, 15 earlier than window, which was great. He was professional & very nice. Provided a price prior to work & then gave an Angie's List discount... that was awesome. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Pat arrived bright and early, after I'd submitted an online request late the night before. He fixed our problem within an hour, and gave us some advice on a separate issue that saved us from having to replace a toilet. Would definitely hire again!

Pat arrived right on time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. I asked about 3 issues. When I only decided to buy one item, there was no hard sales pitch which I appreciated. He went to get the parts and came back quickly. The drain works well now. I would definitely call again. Plumbing repair is just expensive, but I think Pat was honest and professional.

The appointment went well. The quote came in lower than a previous estimate we acquired. The service technician, Chad Jurgensen, was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

Chad did his usual thorough job at repairing both leaks and replacing the shower head. He also noted another leaking faucet (which I will have repaired at a later date). He also noticed that it was taking a long time for the hot water to be hot and he adjusted the valve on my hot water heater.

Pat gave a professional assessment of situation, told me the most cost effective option, and had the job completed in about one hour. Warranty was included as long as I make sure my wife stops using chlorine tablets in the tank. I had Pat tell her, now she'll listen. I'd recommend Pat and Andy's Pipe Dream.

Patrick from Andy's Pipe Dream was wonderful! In addition to prompt and knowledgeable, he was friendly and very easy to work with. He did the job in a very reasonable time and didn't try to over-sell. I was very comfortable having him in my home and will certainly call Andy's Pipe Dream the next time I need a plumber.

Chad Jurgensen, who came and did the work could not have been more professional. He knew his trade extremely well. He came before he said he could (even on a Saturday) and did the work quickly, explaining each step to me as he went. He and Andy only use top notch materials designed to last and use the best equipment. I would recommend Andy and Chad and their team to any of my friends and family. Not only did they give me the Angie's list discount without even asking, but gave me about $100 of parts upgrade just so they could get the job done today.
