Chad was very professional, let us know what was going on, what needed to be done and explained the entire process. Fixed it the pipe, only had to cut out a small portion of the ceiling and cleaned up after himself as well. Would would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

I scheduled an appointment (on a Friday) to have technicians come on Monday to auger a tub drain at my brother's house. I received a call on Saturday morning that they'd had a cancellation and could come right away instead. Certain, I jumped at the chance. The technician, Chad, thoroughly explained all options and charges and took care of the issue within about 90 mins. Sadly, the pipe repair did not hold (defective fitting) and Chad was the technician who responded. First off, he was very apologetic that there was still an issue but, secondly, he got right on the issue and made certain the issue was fixed the second time. He was so polite about everything and was determined there would not be a 3rd fix needed. I was very pleased with the service and the price for the repairs. I had heard from other people (outside Angie's List) that the owner Andy was a stand up guy and clearly, he demands the same from his employees. On a side note, having heard Andy's Pipe Dream was good, I recommended to my mom a couple of years ago to see about an estimate for having a sewer line replaced. Andy very kindly told her his company did not do this work but referred her to a competing company who does. Mom ended up using that company after meeting with them and we both remarked that it was very thoughtful of Andy to pass her along to someone he trusted. I would not hesitate for a second to use Andy's Pipe Dream the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Great service every time. Always tells me if there's a way to the minimize problem (if possible) before they arrive; prompt, friendly; great at identifying out-of-the-norm issues; offers repair options (if possible); leaves a clean work area.

They (Chad and Sean) showed up on the date requested for the estimate, a little early after calling in advance and telling me that they were in the neighborhood and could stop by. Chad was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed estimate in writing that day. He explained exactly what he thought the issues were and he was right on the money by the way. We scheduled the work for two days later. The work included replacing the compression stems in both bathrooms, rebuilding the faucet in the first floor bathroom and running a diagnostic leak test. They showed up promptly at the time requested and the work was completed quickly and well within the allotted timeframe. They showed me where the leak was and it was not due to the plumbing fixtures but was in fact and re-grout that needed to be done. Chad also showed me the old compression stems which were so corroded from the mineral build up over the years it is shocking that the first floor bathroom still worked - second floor had obvious issues and was the reason for the call out. They were both very professional and the plumbing in both bathrooms works like new now! They also left my home in excellent condition with only one minor stain on my carpet outside the linen closet used to access the plumbing in the bathroom. It was even noticeable by them or me until much later after they had left and I believe I can get it out. If I can't, I am sure that I will be able to contact them and have it removed as this is a company that stands by its work. I will use them again. I have used 2 plumbing companies on Angie's List and honestly it will be difficult to choose between them for my next job as they were both excellent.

It was a very positive experience. Our water heater went out on a Wednesday evening. Despite their busy client schedule the team at Andy's were able to fit us in. We have used their team multiple times and it has always been a hassle-free experience. Thanks for taking the time to make sure we had the water heater replaced so quickly.

Chad and Shawn arrived exactly at 3:45pm and gave us the scenario with possible outcomes and price. Having the right tools is everything! Chad was able to unscrew the spicket with his big 'ol pipe wrench and put on the new one! My shower this morning was like brand new. Thanks to Angie's list of approvals, I too am a satisfied customer. The refrigerator magnet will remain for any other problems I could have. I had an appointment within two days of my initial call. They even called to see if I wanted a day earlier because they had a cancellation. Chad was on time, explained my options, and I was out the door on time for work. They were done in less than three hours and left everything cleaned up.

Chad was able to remove the jammed cartridge and replace it with a genuine Moen part. It is the kind of repair that can take a long time, or not, but he informed us it would be a set (not hourly) price. Since it didn't take too long, we asked if he could do a few other repairs. He was able to give us a price to install a simple under sink water filter system we had recently bought. We also needed a new outdoor hose spigot.He did both jobs efficiently, including drilling an additional hole for the filter faucet. He was able to give us a coupon and senior discount.We really liked that he could look up on his tablet the price of various repairs and did the work efficiently and professionally.

Fantastic, as usual. I had planned to replace the faucet but Chad (who is awesome by the way) managed to repair the old one, which was only 4 years old. I can always rely on Andy's to fix things perfectly. I highly recommend this plumbing service!

Initially, the first fix didn't work as well as hoped. Andy sent Don back right away and he worked hard to make sure the repairs he applied were working correctly. Andy is fantastic about backing up his work. This is a great plumbing company!

I have had a few things that have been needed to be fixed for a few months. I found Andy's Pipe Dream on Angie's list and read the reviews and decided to give them a call. I just happen to have the day off, unexpectedly, and just thought I would try to see if I could get an appointment. I needed to replace my kitchen faucet, repair the faucet and toilet in my half bath and repair my outdoor faucet. I figured if I could at least get the kitchen and bathroom faucet done, then I would be thrilled. I called and left a message and I received a phone call back within 30 minutes! (SHOCKED!) I was able to get a 2:00-4:00pm appointment. Chad (the Plumber) called and said he was running early and asked if it was OK to come by. I said YES! He said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was. I went over the two faucets and then he said that he said Andy thought you had a few other things, I said I did, and explained the other 2 repairs and he said he had time to do all 4 repairs. I couldn't believe it. I sincerely felt that this is truly the first time I was treated like a real customer and not a way to rob me for my repairs. Chad was extremely personable, professional, not pushy and did not force something on me that I did not need. He gave me all of my options and allowed ME to choose what I could do & most importantly what I wanted to do. I will use Andy's Pipe Dream again! I will refer him to anyone I know. My husband & I also own a small business and WE pride ourselves on being genuine, being honest, and letting the client choose and know their options. Andy's Pipe Dream is truly a good company and they are GOOD people. Thank you so much for helping me out today. I really appreciate it.
