Andy's Pipe Dream

Chad from Andy's Pipe Dream was punctual and called when he was on his way to the house so I could meet him there without having to wait around. He explained what needed to be done, the cost, and afterward showed me the work. He tested for leaks by filling the tub with hot water and completely draining it, explaining that the hot water would help flush the drain. He listened at the basement waste pipe to hear the drain flow and to visually check for leaks. He was able to apply two discounts so it was a reasonably priced repair.

There was some back and forth after the initial installation in regards to tweaking the setup, but Andy and Don really did the best they could diagnosing each issue as it arose and were on top of it whenever I called back. In the end, their customer service and willingness to make it right allows me to say that you can hire these guys with confidence.

My water heater went completely out. I had a couple of jacklegged...ok...unlicensed contractors work on the water heater. They installed the thermostat incorrectly and didn't follow the procedure for replacing the elements so the elements were burnt out. They sent Chad, two hours after he left I had hot water. He replaced everything, appropriately scolded my choices and left. When my wife got home she was able to take a hot shower. I'm the man again. Pay the extra money and hire a pro. I have a warranty, hot water and I learned a lesson.

Very well. Chad Jurgensen was the plumber who did our work. He did outstanding. Very personable. He was polite enough to remove his shoes when entering the house and very neat with all the work that he performed. He worked quickly and efficiently.

Chad provided several alternatives, including replacing my 10 year old water heater. Work was completed relatively quickly and to my satisfaction.

Perfect! He was right on time - had called to give me his arrival time. We had worked on the drain overnight to prevent flooding, but didn't realized we had fixed it. He tested it and said it is fine now. Answered all of my questions about future maintenance and prevention. Didn't charge for the visit - and just treated it as an estimate visit. He was able to pull up on his iPad all of the services we need done, and showed me the estimate and emailed it to me before he left. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for our future projects! I really loved that I was able to setup the appointment online in the middle of the night to ensure I would get it fixed first thing in the morning.

Turns out my normal plumber firm only works until noon on Saturday. Called that firm but no call back. Studied Angie's looking for high rated plumber with emergency service. Found Andys with 95% of ratings = A. And they showed an emergency phone #. Called and to my surprise someone answered right away. Then Chad called within minutes. He was here several hours later. He fixed the drain in short order. He was professional and effective. Recommend Andys to anyone need plumbing - whether emergency or not.

He found problem with the faucet. Replaced faucet and stem of the valve at my request. New parts opened right in front of me. Then he advised to carefully look around the bath tub and floor for any cracks. He can can do it step wise and cost will depend on the work. He was honest. I did that work myself with high power LED beam. Found the problem. The caulking between the tub and floor has degraded and falling apart. Fixed it my self. Everything is back to normal. Reason for rating him high is: 1. Honest 2. Did not sell unwanted service. 3. very prompt. 4. Vary clean. Rates for the visit are comparable with other vendors.

We were very happy with them. A piece had broken, they replaced it and there was some water, they cleaned that up. The price was covered under warranty. They came in a timely manner and cleaned it out. They brought fans to help dry it up.

Chad was punctual, professional and courteous. He found the problem almost immediately and went on the repair it. I would definitely use Andy's Pipe Dream services again.

Not only did Chad determine the likely culprit to be the shower, he ruled out plumbing as the source of the problem and talked me through the diagnostics. He also suggested next steps and possible providers to help. Very personable and effective. While he was here, he noticed our running toilet in another room and fixed it as well.

Andy answered my phone call immediately. That same afternoon one of the company's plumbers was at our door and within an hour we had a new garbage disposal installed. It's quiet and works beautifully. Excellent customer service and very professional. Would certainly recommend.

Sump pump failed during high rain "event". Chad came out quickly, gave recommendations on both fixing the current problem and improving the set-up to prevent future "events". Repairs were made rapidly and professionally. I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

It was fixed after 2nd visit, however, had they either listened to my description of the problem in my initial call or just asked to flush the toilet in the first visit, the issue could have been fixed in the first visit and cost me about half of what it did. However, very professional and punctual. I just wished they would have listened to me, as the issue was very obvious.

After reviewing price and schedule, Andy scheduled Don to show up sometime between 11-1 pm. Don called me up around 11:00 to let me know he'd be there at 11:40. He rang the bell at 11:40. I walked him thru the problem. He drained the sink and ran a snake thru the clogg. Sounds super simple, but it's the attention to detail that I love. Don had a tarp and towels in case things went south (water always escapes me). He had his tools and equipment on the tarp and took special care not to scratch our wood floor. After he was done, he took the time to verify the line was clear, gave me tips on how to deal with grease and checked all of the fittings under the sink to insure he didn't have anything loose that would make a mess. Don took the time to do a great job, educate the customer and provided attention to detail in his work. Thank You Andy!! and Thank You Don!! Great job!

Excellent service. They were able to give me an appoint the next day (Saturday). Chad was prompt, gave me a call letting me know when he would arrive, he gave me options on the replacement disposal units and was able to repair the outside faucet. Using Angie's list I was also able to receive a 10% discount. I will definitely use them again and will request Chad.

Andy's was the best! Exceptional service and would highly recommend! They have online scheduling, which is a huge relief when things go bad on the weekend and you can schedule an appointment for early on Monday. Chad showed up ahead of time, easily explained what was needed and quickly completed the work. We now have a functioning new gas stove and functioning water supply to our new fridge.

Owner Andy called me back within 2 minutes of leaving a message with person who answered phone. Chad came out same day, 30 minutes early after calling to see if ok. He was wonderful and professional and went above and beyond. I would definitely call them again and would recommend to a friend.
