Andy's Pipe Dream

Andy's will always be my go to for my plumbing needs. Don came out to do our consult and gave us a quote. A couple of months later we were ready to go ahead and have the work done. I called the office and Andy got back to me within 10 minutes. Don was sent out within two hours after I called. I was very happy with the speed of the job being addressed. And of course, the work was done very well. Don himself is very professional. Give him a raise!

The company was very responsive, within 30 minutes, Don was here to diagnose, quote and fix the leakage. Don is very polite, professional and has even given me a few recommendations on what weshould do with possibility of leakage in the toilet upstairs and how to fix the drywall. All in all, I am very pleased with the service.

We called Andy's early in the morning and talked to a rep. Andy called us back within 10 minutes and told us a tech would be coming shortly after his last job. Don Besette called us in a couple of hours after we called and told us he is on his way. He showed up soon, checked around, put a plan together and explained it to me what he plans to do and give me a written quote. He identified the frozen source quickly with confidence, cut through the ceiling and started heating the pipe. Within 10 minutes also, he thawed the frozen pipe and we got water running in the house. He then suggested what he would like us to do to prevent this from happening again. The whole experience was very pleasant and smooth. Don was professional, confident, sharp and transparent about the pricing. He also took the time to answer a few other questions I had about a couple of other items in the house. We appreciate and are very happy their service and the outcome of the repair, and we will definitely hire them again in the future.

The service person from Andy’s Pipe Dream found that it was a flaw in the wall tile and not a plumbing problem. He didn’t have to make any repairs but told me what needed to be done.

Service man, Chad Jurgensen, did a outstanding job on completely cleaning out the drains. He clean up after himself. He restore items back to the original place. He was on time with his equipment in hand, told me after checking the entire job site what my cost would be up front and stay with that price. Amazing. Less than an hour passed from the time I spoke with Andy to the time Chad arrived to do the work, which was important since service to the house had been shut off by the gas company. Chad provided a written estimate based on what he expected to do, communicated well and showed creativity in offering solutions for reaching and replacing the lighter valve, had the tools and skills to do the job, then credited me back a portion of the estimate (without me asking) when he didn't have to do everything he anticipated. I can't speak to whether the pricing was otherwise fair since I didn't have the luxury of time to take bids, but this is an outfit I'll definitely call again.

I called Andy's Pipe Dream listed on Angie's List on 11-6-17. The company got my location, name, and phone number I can be reached at. Within the hour the company's owner, Andrew Alexander called and specifically asked what the plumbing issue was. He understood my plumbing issue and told me that a plumber was going to call me. Soon enough Don Bessette (the plumber on call) called me and told me that he was on his way. When Don arrived, I showed the water leak, investigated where the leak came from and determined that it was coming from a leak inside the wall behind the kitchen sink. Don cut a portion of the wall and saw the pipe that was causing the leak. He replaced the pipe and fixed the problem right there and then. I was very pleased with his work. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. Exceptional work.
