Andy's Pipe Dream

It had been a couple days since the smell had happened so they gave us an estimate on what it would cost to do a smoke test. They said we could do it now or wait to see if it happened again. We decided to wait and they did not charge us for the visit even though they spent at least 30 minutes looking at things and doing the estimate.

They arrived on time, did a cleanup after the job and the job was done perfectly, as usual!

Hired Andy's again to move some gas pipes as part of a larger remodel. Stu got the work done well and accommodated all of my requests.

They were great to talk with with and trying to diagnose my issue and I have referred my sister to them.

Amazing professional job! Chrissy (t) awesome responsiveness to our issue. First was on call, then called back with same day appointment! 2-4 pm. 5 minutes later called again to say that Chad was in area and we were next. Came around 10:30-11:00am. Chad is great. Replaced faucet, and then addressed another issue with leak from left sink. So easy to talk to and took all of my concerns seriously. Moved from one issue to the next seamlessly and professionally. Will definitely use Andy’s Pipe Dream if I ever need expert plumbing again.

Merrick came in and tied everything together and made it up to code so our fireplace is working. Ten out of ten!

Wouldn't you know it, but our old hot water heater actually rusted through causing the bottom to separate and leak water out late on a Friday workday. Fortunately, it was located in the basement. We wanted a replacement immediately. I checked Angie's List and called three plumbers and Andy's Pipe Dream called me back within 10 minutes. Wow. Andy told me he could send one of his technicians within the hour. We discussed prices and sealed the deal. Naturally we paid a premium price since the job went into overtime and we didn't shop around for price comparisons but that wasn't a paramount concern for us. The technician, Stuart, got here with a replacement water heater on his truck and went to work having it installed within two hours. The young man was very pleasant and professional. We could tell he knows his job well. Andy contacted me for a follow up within a few days. It's only been a month so I can't rate the quality of the heater itself but everything is working fine. Total cost of the project was $1550.00 with the labor coming to approx. $600.00. The water heater is made by State Water heaters, is 40 gallons and has a 6 year warranty.

Second interaction with this company and I would highly recommend. Great communication, on time arrival, up-front pricing, friendly/professional staff and excellent work performed at a fair price. I will definitely be using Andy's Pipe Dream for any plumbing needs in the future!

Identified a non-hazardous gas leak on Christmas day. Called Andy first thing on the Saturday after Christmas and was able to get an appointment the same day. Stuart came out and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Have an older home, and Andy's is always there when needed with prompt attention and great technicians. So thankful they could do the work and that I didn't have to call another service provider.

Very quick response. Repair performed the day after Christmas. Stu was fast and great to deal with. Very quick response after posting to Angie's list on Christmas day. I was called back and scheduled within 15 minutes of posting the work.

The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. The repair required no tools—he just turned the main line off and on a couple of times.

Excellent! I thought I had a leak in my water heater, but Chad, their service rep. took one look and within 1 minute saw what the real problem was, a saddle valve that was leaking. Their service was outstanding from my first phone call to the correctly installed saddle valve was done within 4 hours. I have already told 8 to 10 people how pleased I was with Andy's Pipe Dream.

Perfectly. Scheduling was timely and courteous. Technicians arrived promptly and prepared. Estimates were accurate. Technicians were courteous and polite and very professional. The treated our home with care and respect. The project was more involved, but they were able to accommodate our needs. The job was done professionally and the clean up was perfect. The technicians stayed around to make sure everything was working to our expectations, that we were completely satisfied, and that there were no leaks or problems. Overall extremely satisfied and will hire Andy's Pipe Dream again for future projects and repairs. No complaints or criticisms.

Went well. I think $410 was over priced for 2 hrs of work with a $75 dollar part. Then wanting $250 to set the toilet back on. I would not recommend because of the pricing. Technician was super nice.

Merrik showed up on time and wearing a mask. he quickly replaced the kitchen faucet with one I provided. no mess or fingerprints anywhere. I showed him where I had detected a small gas leak in the basement. He loosened and re-doped the pipes involved and checked for other leaks. He also re-lit the water heater.

Excellent! Mike Strutton gave a quick, thorough, and reasonable quote. A few days later, when we were ready to have the work performed, Mike returned and knocked out all of our projects in one day! He took pictures of everything and sent them to us for our records, and walked us through the work he completed. Excellent service! Thanks!
