I was greeted professionally from the moment I called and was immediately contacted back by Andy and an appointment was made for the same day. Chad called and came out in the time frame we set and was professional in his demeanor and explanation of services offered. I accepted the bid and then he did the work within an hour and cleaned up well. I am very happy with the services and would definitely use them again!

Don, as always, did a great job and completed the repair in a timely fashion. I always appreciate Don walking my wife and I through the repair process, and providing tips and insights on how to mitigate future plumbing issues. We have used Andy's Pipe Dream a handful of times for various plumbing repairs, and will continue to use their services due to their professional and high-quality work.

First of all, Andy was able to send someone to our house the next day! Chad was great. Within a few minutes he pinpointed the issue to the dishwasher. We were thrilled we didn't have to open up the ceiling of the basement to determine where the water was seeping. Chad noticed the drain pipe under the kitchen sink was installed backward. He fixed that while he was here as well. Then he asked if we had any other issues before he left. We were grateful and appreciative for a seasoned plumber who resolved our issue quickly. in a nutshell: Andy was responsive, on time, quick to identify the issue, ethical, professional and economical. Would I recommend them: ABSOLUTELY!

We had a plumbing problem late afternoon on a Friday (why do these things always happen late on a Friday?!) Called and spoke with Andy who did some diagnosis over the phone then immediately dispatched Don to check out our problem. Andy was very friendly and courteous and was genuinely concerned that we were having a problem. Don arrived promptly and set to work troubleshooting to a successful conclusion. Don was also very friendly, courteous and professional. Being an Angie’s List member, we received a discount on the services and no charge for the trip. This is our second time we used Andy’s and we will call upon his team when needed in the future.

I am very pleased with the work of Andy's Pipe Dream. They (Don) came out promptly to give me a bid, provided me with a detailed bid in writing (email). Their price was competitive, and Don did not try to sell me any work that I did not need (as some other plumbers did). Don did a good job with the work and was professional.

Very well, really enjoyed chatting with Don. He gave us options on repair and recommendations that fit out budget. All employees as well as Andy are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Andy's Pipe Dream has saved us so many times in the past and we will continue to count on them in the future.

I called on a Saturday morning and Andy worked Chad in about 90 minutes. Chad was in and out in less than one hour. He cleaned up what little mess there was. The cost was just over one-half of what I had thought it would be. I could not be happier with the service.

Chad arrived promptly at my appointment time. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at my other toilets while here as a curtesy in case there was anything else to repair while he was there. He provided a written estimate before service with a couple of options to compare prices. The repair was done promptly. He also listened to some of my other concerns and projects and made very helpful suggestions on future work plumbing work I may want completed. I was very satisfied with the service.

When my poor old water heater finally kicked the bucket, I called Andy. He answered the phone himself (I LOVE that) ... we talked about options ... and he scheduled Chad to come out the next day. Chad is always great: he’s good at explaining what’s gone wrong in terms I can understand. He makes sure I don’t have any questions, and will get estimates on different model if needed. He’s also careful about cleaning up, making sure I get copies of all the paperwork, and so on. Basically, Andy’s has ruined me for other plumbers. They are definitely my go-to guys!

Super fast response time! A technician came right out after I called. He was friendly and courteous, and got the valve working in no time. Very reasonably priced as well. Will use again.

I would highly recommend Andy's Pipe Dream (Chad Jurgensen). The same day I called for assistance, he arrived 35 minutes later. Chad was prompt, professional and very customer focused. He took the time to listen and evaluate the situation with the basement toilet and faucet. The he explained how he would identify the issues causing my toilet to leak and faucet not to work. I was given multiple estimates from the least to the most expensive to see where I could get the most cost effective solution. At no time was there any pressure to go with a more costly solution, just educated on my options. Everything is working great and on top of it, I received multiple discounts. I will be using their services in the future. I hope you do also.

I couldn't speak highly enough of Chad at Andy's Pipe Dream! The guy was a superstar. He answered all our questions. He gave us options. He didn't try to upsell us. He was straightforward about what we could do and the timeframe. He showed up on time for the install appointment and was done 1 1/2 hours faster than he thought. I needed a no-nonsense plumber and gave Andy’s Pipe Dream a try. He returned my message promptly and had a technician out that day. I needed some trouble solving for low water pressure in my shower head. Don replaced the three stems in the shower and all turned out great. While the water was off I added a toilet shut off valve replacement as well. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’d definitely call them again. I thought the price was very reasonable too.

We have used Andys before and are happy with their service. We wanted to replace the two frozen shut off valves under the kitchen sink and an outside hose valve which was installed by Andys several months ago but was leaking. It was all done efficiently and with no mess by Don. The outdoor valve was still under their warranty so there was no charge for that.

Don did great, fast work, got me exactly what I needed, even came out two times in one day to get everything working in top shape!

Andy & Chad did a great job roughing in our new bathroom addition and also helping install the sink, shower and toilet once things were ready to go. Great crew, on time and on budget. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Chad showed up quickly and replaced the leaking washing machine water valves with upgraded valves. My highest rating possible goes to Andy’s pipe dream. Keep their number handy and remember the name. They are very honest and professional.

After tiling two bathroom floors, I had two new toilets ready to install and wanted to turn that over to the professionals. Andy's team was punctual and got the work done right the first time. They are my go to plumbers and I'm glad they're around. Honest, straightforward pricing. No gimmicks. And there when you need them.

Andy's gets an A+ for both it's people and it's service. We've used Andy and his crew for numerous jobs, from leaks under the kitchen sink and toilet repairs to a backed up main drain line flooding the basement. When it's an emergency, they're on it, like when our soil stack pipe cracked and was leaking sewage into the basement--yuck! When it's not, they're there when you're ready. Great service, friendly folks no matter which one shows up. Most recently they came out to finish what should've been an easy do-it-yourself job replacing a cartridge behind a shower lever. Unfortunately, the old cartridge was so brittle it disintegrated when it was being removed, and part of it was stuck inside the valve. Andy's was here in 30 minutes, got the remaining pieces of valve out, replaced it with the cartridge I'd already purchased (some plumbers insist you buy the part from them at a substantial markup) so that I could get the water turned back on in the house. They're the only plumber we call at this house.

Inner parts of the faucet were replaced to stop the continual leak. It took very little time, and stopped the waste of water that had been going on for many months. Wonderful service. I will always confidently request service from Andy's Pipe Dream.

They do great work. We have used 3 other plumbers and Andy's people are the most skilled and don't try to up-sell you like the others.

Chad came the next day after we called. He tightened the faucet, taking pains to center both the spout and the handle. He also cleaned our basement floor drain and running the auger for several passes to effectively clear a blockage. Altogether the charge was less than we expected and we were given a 90-day warranty on the drain cleaning,
