Stu was amazing! Andy replied in minutes, and Stu was at work within 30 minutes! Gave me a very detailed report on the issue, and the repair with costs. Answered all of my questions, and did a great job!

Don did excellent work. When he fixed the leak issue, he made sure that it was fixed right. . He waited for about 10 minutes observing the area that the leak was properly fixed. In addition, he also fixed the pop up drain feature of both faucets which were not installed properly.

I received a very prompt response from Andy to my call for service and he scheduled Chad Jurgensen for the next morning. Chad was very professional in offering options to address our failing water heater and in answering questions with no pressure to take any of the options. A new water heater was installed and operational within 1 and one-half hours and the it was done in a very workmanlike manner. I would highly recommend Chad and this company.

Quick and easy replacement of 4 outside and inside faucets. Professional and knowledgeable. Chad was very informative and able to help us on our decisions on which type of faucet replacement would work best for us. Angie's list and multiple faucet discount helped also.

Chad from Andy's Pipe Dream Plumbing helped us problem solve our water temperature issues throughout the house. After trying just the check valve, we needed to add a circulation pump to get the desired hot water consistency throughout the house. Chad is a good technician and explains things well to the customer.

Very well! They suggested to have a different company come and look in the sewer pipes so the problem area could be located. The price was more than half other plumbers. They were quick and efficient.

A new dishwasher came for installation today and I was informed they would not install on a copper, soldered water line and I would need to call a plumber to change it out. I watched the new dishwasher drive away...... So, I called 4-5 different plumbing companies and Andy quickly called back and had a man here within 2 hours. It was the most economical quote on the phone I could find, besides the ones who would come to the house for $99 and give a quote then. The plumber who came was Don and he was warmly engaging and very professional. The job was quickly done and he gave me 10% discount too. Don was here about 45 minutes. Will absolutely keep their card and will call again with any further plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Took 1 hour to replace control valves in 2 different toilets. Charged $263. Way too much. Won't use again.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we received from Andy’s Pipe Dream. They had a plumber at our house first thing the next morning. Don was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and quickly had a new disposal in place. We would happily use this company again.

Chad was very friendly and professional. He obviously knew what he was doing and despite having to make some minor modifications, the install went smoothly. It has been several months since the install and no issues.

Removal of the old faucet required great effort and patience, but Don did the work carefully and smoothly. Installation of the new faucet went very quickly. After completing the installation, Don cleaned the area thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to disconnect certain line connections. I enjoyed having him in my home.

Tech was very good. Price was a little higher than I expected however I am not in the plumbing business so it may be the going rate.

They assessed low water pressure in a bathroom, gave me an estimate on replacing a shower valve, and repaired a leak coming from the washing machine drain. Great work, as always.

Water pressure is no longer a problem. The bathroom sink looks beautiful and brand new again. My old kitchen sink (which I chose not to replace) looks nice too. I am very happy with their work and careful clean-up afterward.

Professional from start to finish! Came out immediately, offered 3 options for the faucet, did a bid right in front of me, I signed the bid to accept work and he finished the work within an hour and cleaned up well. Pleasant, professional all the way through. Would definitely hire again.
