Andy's Pipe Dream

We woke up to learn our water heater had gone out and was beyond repair. My husband gave them a call, expecting to be put on the schedule, but Don came out immediately! They rushed us to the top of the list and came over within a couple hours even though we were willing to be patient. My husband says Don did a great job of translating his expertise into everyday lingo to explain options and services. We agreed to have our existing connections brought up to code and had a 40 gallon standard tank installed. We had hot water within a handful of hours after placing the call!

Excellent from start to finish! I called and was given an appointment between 2-4 and I was called around 1:30 and told they would be at my home around 2 pm and they were. Stuart was my assigned worker and he was professional and nice and did a great job on the repair and clean up. I always like that they take their shoes off before walking in the house, their work van is professional and clean looking, they bid the job immediately and we can agree to the price on the spot for the work to be done and they clean up very well when the job is finished. I have used Andy's Pipe Dream before and will continue to use them in the future.

Our plumber was Don Besette. He suggested we buy our own replacement faucet and then have Andy's replace with it. He counseled us as to what brand to buy (same as we were replacing) and what we needed to know to buy one that would fit our sink and he did not charge us for that visit. We went out and bought a new faucet right away. The next morning Don arrived bright and early, did the work, cleaned up, and all-in-all was very professional and friendly. We have used Andy's Pipe Dream before and will use them again.

Arrived on time, fixed everything quickly. The plumber was really nice and even gave me a helpful hint about how to keep the glass shower door clean. I have used Andy's several times, they always do a great job at a reasonable price.

Andy's was very responsive to my initial call and was able to have a member of their company out to our house within a few hours. Don Besette arrived and showed me his card before entering the house. We walked through the house together to discuss the plumbing issues. He was very detailed on what needed to be done to fix everything. I was able to ask questions about their recommendation and quote. We discussed what would be the best option for the long term. He explained the discounts he was able to offer as well as the guarantees. Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Don and Andy's Pipe Dream company for your plumbing issues.

Excellent. They were very responsive when I called to set up an appointment. The work (options available) and prices were made clear upfront before the work began. The work was completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. All work areas were left clean after completion of the work.

It went great. I called Andy and left a message with his service. He responded back in less than 10 minutes. Stuart arrived within two hours, identified the cause of the leak, and gave repair alternatives. He started repairs right away, corrected the leak issue, reset the toilet and put on higher grade hardware. He accomplished this in a timely and very professional manner. He fully explained everything he did and left the room spotless. I've used Andy's pipes for various other problems and have never had an item fail. They provide top notch service at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use them for any plumbing issues that might occur.

Very responsive, Chad showed up exactly on time, was very clear about how he would do the work, and provided a detailed cost estimate. He worked quickly and efficiently to do the repairs. His work was excellent and he was able to give me some expert advice on installing a reconfiguration of my shower drain. I would hire this firm again with no reservations.

The faucet did not need to be replaced. It just needed repaired with internal parts being replaced. Must less expensive that replacement faucet.

Don Besette provided an estimate prior to beginning work. He took care to protect our home, i.e. flooring, cabinets, etc. Don was professional and completed the work quickly and to our satisfaction.

I contacted Andy's and set an appointment to get an estimate on four plumbing issues, Don was a half hour early and was extremely professional in letting me know what would have to be done to meet the inspection requirements. He provided me with a bid and told me how I might take care of a couple minor issues, On the day I scheduled the work to be done, Don once again was early, he went over the list with me again and started the work. Once again I found Don to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Once he completed the item on the list he cleaned up completely and showed and explained what he had done. I would highly recommend bot Andy's Pipe Dream and their technician Don.

I had contacted Andy last Friday about getting an estimate on our bathroom remodel. We chose to call him based on a previous positive experience we had on some repair work at another house. He scheduled Don to come out and see our project the following Monday, Don gave me a call when he was 25 minutes out and then arrived promptly at the beginning of the service window. I had explained to Don what our "wish list" was for the remodel and he quickly went to work explaining everything that would/could be done and even offered suggestions on how to make things easier and more cost effective. I really appreciated that he took time to answer all of my questions and provided detailed quotes on all phases of the project so we could estimate the cost breakdown. The quote included all possible charges with the understanding that until the job was done it was impossible to say for certain if pipes would have to be moved, etc. I loved the detailed quote, I knew exactly what each part of the job would cost. Service was scheduled promptly, the work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Serviceman was friendly, professional and he explained every part of the process he went through. We had purchased a toilet from Home Depot a couple of years ago and it never was installed. They looked at the toilet we wanted to replace and the toilet we had purchased and explained what they would be doing and the cost. We decided it was a fair price and they installed the toilet the same morning. We were very satisfied with this company and the young man that installed it. We would hire them again when we have any kind of plumbing issue.

Used the Angie's list super service award as guide. Made an on line appointment for the following day. Chad arrived on time and was able to determine what the problem was and explained what repairs were needed. Job was professionally done in a short period of time. Would recommend this company for future issues.

We were having work done on our house and had to move our washing machine. Apparently, our 30 yr old supply valves didnt like being turned off, and began to leak. As this needed to be fixed, I searched here on Angies List, and as soon as I was presented with a list of plumbers, my phone rang. It was Andy's Pipe Dream. We discussed my issue and he said he could have tech on site in 30 minutes and provide a quote and do the job if we wanted. In about 30 minutes Stu showed up at my door. I showed him what the problem was, and he gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable for the work to be done. Stu took about an hour or so and removed the old valves, installed the new ones and made sure everything was tight and dry. He was even able to fit the dry wall cut back in the wall. All it needs is some mud and tape, if I want. He cleaned up the dust, and any water (which I don't even recall seeing), we completed the payment electronically and everything was good as new. This may be the third time in 20 years I hired I a plumber, but i would recommend them. Their work was fast, accurate and professional. I also liked the upfront pricing so there was no surprise at the end.

Done quickly, competently & Don B. also gave good advice on a few plumbing items. Bid was not the lowest, but rather pay a bit more & get a company with multiple Angie's List awards/certificates. Wise man once told me - " I'd rather pay more & cry once."

Chad did a great job - arrived when he said he would and quickly replaced the valve. Very professional, no complaints.
