Very well. Don Besette (plumber) unclogged drain and gave me a lot of suggestions and types of product to use to help prevent this happening again. He was very personable and certainly got the job done.

We had a slow drain even after trying the usual clog busters. I made the appointment online and it was set. I got a call from Don about 20 minutes before he arrived just at the beginning of my appointment window. He was professional and friendly from the beginning and very careful to be clean before even getting messy. He explained the problem and how we can avoid it in the future. Since this is the second time he has come to our home and offered the same advice we finally took it and it is now referred to as the "Don Rule" in our house. Andy's is our go-to plumber for sure.

We found out our hot water heater had given out during the evening after normal working hours. I called the office on the off chance of reaching someone and setting up a service call for early the next morning. I reached a pleasant young lady who took our information and said she would pass in along that evening. Shortly after that, I received a call from Andy, the business owner, who set up an appointment for between 8-9 a.m. Stuart arrived by 0830 and quickly diagnosed the problem, worked up a quote and was on his way to pick up a new tank in minutes. The new tank was in within a couple of hours and was working great. The level of expertise and quality are by far above all other services we have used in the past. We greatly appreciate the quick reply (by the owner no less!!) and quick repair. We will use these guys again and encourage our friends to give them a call.

Don Besette performed the fix and then gave me some tips on how to keep my chronically clogged sink clear, providing two tools to help with my efforts. This is the first time I feel confident that I can perform this job on my own from here out.

I am very pleased with Andy's Pipe Dream. My initial phone call to Andy's was returned within minutes. I set up the appointment for the next day and Don arrived exactly when he said he would. He called 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way. Don is a very nice gentleman who did quality work and even offered some helpful plumbing maintenance tips. I will definitely use Don again.

Chad called and arrived at about 5:30 as stated. He assessed the job and provided an estimate of the worked needed to be done. He completed he job in about an hour which we appreciated. I did not expect to get a plumber on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Great service and company.

Excellent job by Don Besette with Andy's Pipe Dream. They were able to come make repairs within 3 hours of my call on the day before Thanksgiving. Very helpful explaining how water heaters work and why mine failed. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Don was great! He called shortly before arriving, was prompt and professional. Very conscious about keeping things neat, not tracking in mud, putting things back in order before he left. He explained everything, including options, and went out of his way to help advise/resolve issues on the periphery. Later that day, I needed to restart the pilot light and was concerned I was doing it wrong--he actually asked me to Facetime with him so he could see what I was seeing! What a gem. He interrupted his family time to assist me. I'll absolutely request Don for any future plumbing issues. I'd give him six stars!

The first thing Don did was go over with me what I wanted done. He walked through and looked at the valves I was wanting replaced. He pointed out that one of them had previously been replaced and was in good shape, so that saved me some money. He then prepared an estimate showing exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. He worked very quickly and was very professional. He cleaned everything up when he was finished and the areas looked as good as new. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing needs!

Don B. saved me $600 for the new softener. He said ours just needed to be reset. He literally fixed it in minutes. Great Job!

Fantastic service from Chad, as usual. The amount he knows about plumbing and the speed with which he fixes things is incredible! He is quite simply, the best. And Andy's Pipe Dream is amazingly affordable.

They do great work and stand by it. He came back twice to fix minor issues throughout the project, now its working beautifully and I have great peace of mind knowing it's done correctly.

Chad came out and cleaned out the clogged drain, assessed the whole situation from water heater and other surrounding pipes. He was as always confident and did a great job. He si very customer friendly, and we have used before because of this. Great service!!

Fantastic! I called on a Thursday afternoon, and Andy was able to schedule Stu (Stuart Morasch) to come to our home Friday afternoon - yes, the next day. The water pressure in our home is high - too high (110 to 120 lbs, normal is 70 lbs.) - and it was starting to destroy things: pressure created an under-floor leak from our dishwasher that resulted in almost 10 days of water mitigation equipment running to in-cup our wood flooring and a missing drywall-panel sized piece out of a lower-level studio ceiling. But that’s a different issue. We had Stu FIX the root of our trouble: he installed a pressure regulator that probably should have been installed when the home was built. The only access to the main shut-off valve (where the regulator had to go) is tiny and he managed the installation without needing to widen the “door” in the finished wall access. Stu then moved on to replace three dripping faucets and the non-functional pop up stoppers and pull rods, and replacing the flappers and other ‘insides’ of three toilets, one of which wouldn’t stop running, and two of which sprayed inside (and outside...) the tank lid. Yes, all that work took time - over 5 hours - but the quality of Stu’s work his professionalism and clear explanations, his tidiness, the number of jobs completed, and his fun and friendly personality made it seem like less. And the price was more than fair. Stu’s work fixed the terrible noise our upstairs toilets made when flushed, allowed us to stop shutting off the water to stop the dripping or spraying, and gives us peace of mind that no other water mishaps will happen and we can safely be away for more than a workday. We will DEFINITELY hire Andy’s Pipe Dream again, and would be pleased to have Stu back for more work.

Stu was sent to bid and complete the work. He took the time to get a scope of the project and put together an accurate bid. He worked diligently to complete the work and did everything he said he would dk. Everything went great and would use again.

Excellent, my technician was Chad who was prompt, came immediately during a basement flooding emergency and returned at 5 pm to install a new sump pump. When I needed a new hot water heater, it was installed the next day. Also the initial house call fee ($49) was reimbursed on the second visit. When installing the hot water heater, the shut off valve for the gas had a small leak and he replaced this at no cost to me. Great job!

He did a great job, cleaned up after himself and was a very nice young man.

Andy's pipe dream promptly came out to give me a bid. They have an app-based quote system, so they were able to assess what I needed to have done and then calculate a bid right there on the spot. They were also able to email me a receipt and receive payment very quickly. The bid they gave me was inline with market prices, not too high or low. Don was the technician sent to install a new drain pipe and water source for my washing machine. He was very personable, efficient, and made sure to clean up the mess he made. Also his work was tidy in terms of how the pipe was installed.

Stu was the plumber who did the work. He came to our home, figured out what needed to be done to fix the problems we were having, gave us a verbal estimate, then emailed us the final, which was exactly what he had told us it would be. He was professional, worked quickly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up and carted away the mess. The bill was, to the dollar, what the estimate had been. I was very impressed with him and his work. I have recommended Andy's Pipe Dream to my friends.

He was very punctual arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time. He was very personable and friendly and eager to help me with my situation.
