fantastic service, from scheduling the visit the day before to Chad showing up on time and doing everything in a timely manner, no mess, very professional. Just great service. Will definitely use this company again.

The inner parts on my toliet have been giving me problems with the flapper slowly leaking so that my toliet would refill every 10 minutes. I did not have one of the snap on/snap off flappers so I couldn’t replace it myself. I have had other problems with this toliet that I have had to have fixed so this time I just had Don Besette replace all the inner parts plus the water line. Outside, my water spigot started leaking when I hooked up my garden hose to it. It was still leaking after I took my garden hose back off and turned the water off. Not a ton of water coming out, just a steady leak. Anyway, had that whole part replaced and Don did a great job on that also. He also made sure all my faucets were working great after the water got turned back on. I like Andy’s employees; they are always nice and give me choices of what I can do to get things fixed. Will call again when plumbing work needed again.

It went great. Don was very friend and professional. He took his time to explain everything to me, and performed the replacement on the spot.

Contacted Andy’s Pipe Dream on Friday evening for appointment on Saturday. Don Besette arrived Saturday afternoon and determined leak was coming from an upper floor. After extensive work was able to find the origin of the leak in the water line inside the wall by the ceiling on the first floor. Had to work in a very small area to replace the line. I have used this company in the past and would highly recommend Don and this company for future repairs.

Don was the plumber who did the work, he was fantastic. Costs were clearly defined and the work was first class. This is the second time I have used Andy’s Pipe Dream and I will not hesitate to call them again.

I am extremely impressed with this plumbing co. I had a Caroma toilet that had been “running” & making loud noises for years. The original installers, Bob Hamilton’s crew, said Caroma toilets are no longer being made and wanted to replace the entire toilet. I declined. NOW Andy’s Pipe Dream sent out a young plumber who was able to fix the problem by taking parts from a flush valve I had ordered from Amazon. Price was very reasonable ( especially compared to putting in a new stool) & it works great! I felt they were interested in doing a good job at the lowest cost to me. Whereas many other plumbing co. are not interested in repairing. They want to replace & jack the price up as much as they can. This young plumber from Andy’s pipe Dream was a problem solver & saved me a chunk of money with repairing rather than replacing. 😊 I’ve kept their calling card & would definitely hire them again!

This was my first time using Andy's Pipe Dream and I will definitely call them again. Within 2 hours of calling for an appointment, Chad arrived and assessed our problem. He told me all of the things that could be causing our problem, but then narrowed down the possibilities. I really appreciated that he didn't try to oversell me, but took a conservative and thoughtful approach. He took his time and didn't jump to a more expensive and unnecessary fix. There were no messes left behind and I was very comfortable having him in our home. Super professional!

Don was the representative that completed the work. He did an excellent job and was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. His experience and commitment to doing a good job was appreciated. Don was out on a snowy, cold day and was nice enough to remove his shoes before entering the house.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received today. I called at about 1:45 and was told that someone would be here between 3 and 5. I received a call from Don at about 2:40 to say he was enroute and arrived at 3:00 on the dot. Don told me what he was doing with the kitchen drain as he was doing it, he gave me tips on how to keep it from happening again and he was so professional. On top of all of his excellent work, he also did not mind that my large, goofy dog really wanted to help him! I would recommend Andy's Pipe Dream without any hesitation at all, especially Don. It is always a pain to need to call a plumber, then to wait and not know what kind of strange person is going to come to your door and spend time in your home-however, none of that applied with today's service. None. Don was the best and he cleared the stinky sink with a smile. I plan to call again with another big project in my home and I have no doubt that it will be done leaving me with the same satisfaction I have right now. Thank you!

Don was very professional and friendly! He wrote up an estimate for the work needed after checking into my concerns, and went over it with me before doing the repair. Came in prepared, and updated me as he needed to during the repair. Took a moment to make my barking dog feel more comfortable with him, and they were almost friends by the time he left! I was extremely pleased with the technician Stu, and the work he did. He was very pleasant and polite, and told me exactly what he was planning to do, and why. He cleaned up the areas that he worked, and explained everything we needed to know when he was finished. Great company!

Excellent job! They are one of the few plumbers that will repair/install steam shower generators. It is an unusual item to fix and Chad was amazing. He arrived only a few minutes after I called and diagnosed the problem and solution. Can't say enough good things, great work!

Fantastic. Stu was great, on time, kept us informed. We had them come out to give us an estimate for the work and about an hour hour after they left the water line to the refrigerator ruptured and we gave them a call to see if they could come back out even though this was not something that they had looked at for us and the owner got on the line and said Yep no problem they came back out and get it capped off at no charge

Dealing with Andy's Pipe Dream was a very good experience. They were responsive to my inquiry, and were able to work me in quickly. I ended up having to change the appointment around, and they were very flexible and accommodating. Don came out to install a new shower arm and shower head for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was there on time, provided a quote before doing the project and worked quickly. (He was able to get everything installed and tested on my lunch break, which was very convenient for me!) I would have no hesitation to call Andy's Pipe Dream for future plumbing projects.

Great, Don came out the same day I called, provided an estimate and immediately went to work removing our old faucet and installing a new one. The work was done well and done efficiently. I would hire Andy's and specifically Don again in the future.

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. Don arrived when expected and was very friendly and professional. He was able to determine the issue and replace the garbage disposal in no time at all. I've had Andy's Pipe Dream do work for me a few other times and have never been disappointed in their service. I highly recommend them and Don.

My water heater went out on Sunday the 16th of December. I contacted Andy and he was willing and ready to come out that day and provide needed services. However, he explained the cost codes and let me know that if I could wait until Monday morning he could save me $240 dollars. I agreed and he scheduled me for Monday morning between 10:00 AM and Noon. Monday morning he called and informed me that he could be here a little after 8:00 if that was okay, which I promptly agreed to. Chad arrived a little after 8:00 and checked out the water heater. We then discussed the options between repair and replace. The existing water heater was 15 years old and I knew that water heaters normally last between 12 and 15 years, so I elected to go with a new water heater. Chad offered me several options on water heaters and I made my selection. He then picked up the water heater, installed it and explained all of its features. I had an appointment to have my sump pump checked on 5 January, but Chad checked it while he was here so I wouldn't have to pay for an additional service call. The sump pump was a 15 year old pressure activated type with a low gallon per hour pump rate, and no easy way to test it. So I had a new high gallon per hour float system pump installed. Now I can easily test it and ensure that it is working. The entire project took less than 4 hours to complete, and Chad left the room spotless. He also hauled the old heat and pump away. I have used Andy's several times for different projects over the years and have always received top notch prompt and professional service. In my opinion Andy's is the best and I will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs.
