Description of Work: They made a service call; however, it was not a plumbing issue. However, they were very helpful and friendly and will definitely use if the need arises.

Description of Work: My husband tried to fix the kitchen sink clog with Liquid Plumber, to no avail. Then he used a rooter that got caught in the pipe about 6'. We called in the a.m. Chad arrived that very afternoon. We were nervous that he would not be able to get the rooter out and we would need to cut the pipe. He got the rooter out in a few minutes! Then he rooted out the pipes with a professional rooter.

Description of Work: They rerouted my gas line above ground, orignally is came in uder the foundation and the pipe was in bad shape it had been there for 61 years could have started leaking at anytime. Chad did an excellent job and any future plumbling needs that I have I will call Andy's Pipe dream. I did talk to Andy on the phone and he did a good job getting everything set up and the job was complerte in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We called at 8:45 on Saturday morning after realizing that the kitchen sink plumbing was going to be too much for a non-professional to handle. Andy called me back in less than 10 minutes and sent someone out by 10:00. (I apologize but I cannot recall the name of the fellow who came out to do the work and I have misplaced his card.). The plumber was fantastic and fixed not only the mess of pipes under the sink but installed a new garbage disposal. Then, he re-did the plumbing in the guest bath and made the really broken 1980s tub plumbing work in the master bath. He was right on top of everything and spent at least six hours at our house. We are very pleased and will be calling Andy's back for our future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: This was a call for an estimate on changes for a bathroom remodeling job. Met with service person to change copper waste pipe locations and found that they did not want to do job due to problem locating waste pipe fixtures.

Description of Work: We had new counters and sink put in in November. We had a leak under our kitchen sink for almost 3 months. The counter company kept looking at pipes and tightening same things over and over to no avail. I finally called Andy's Pipe Dream and Chad came out right on schedule, he called ahead to give me a two hour appointment window, and then called again when he was able to come a little earlier to see if it was ok. He was polite, professional, figured out the problem quickly, and gave me a quote. Because the fix was more than a quick pipe tighten, it was involved, but he was able to do it all in our appointment time. I got a fair price, and and additional 10% off for being an Angie's List customer. Finally after months of leaking after an expensive remodel, we have a permanent and complete fix! I really can't express how great the experience was. This is a really great company, and having met Chad and Andy, I feel comfortable endorsing them, and wishing them great success!
