+ -1 moreOverall I think they did an excellent job. I set the computer back up last night and it seem to be running like new. The only downside was that I had to re-install many of my applications, which was a hassle, but not fully sure if there was around that. All of our data was in place and they even offered to assist in walking me through any of the application installs via phone if needed. Very positive experience.
Description of Work: Computer was running very slow and I was having difficulties in hard connecting my desktop to our Internet connection. My desktop was on Vista, so they immediately recommended upgrading my system to Windows 7. Basic tune-up of the system was $129 and then adding Windows 7 was $149.

+ -1 moreLost data on the old hard drive. They said it was probably due to physical damage (the data was there before they removed the old hard drive) and didn't attempt to recover it. (I had to get another company in to recover the lost data.) They weren't very good about returning phone calls.
