American Mudjacking

The did their thing and were gone before we knew it. I know that they could level my driveway and sidewalk better if the took the time and trouble to do so. I need to have my concrete leveled every 4 years or so. I'm an engineer and have read up on the process and capabilities. Quick fix company. Look elsewhere.

Joe was friendly, courteous, and a straight-shooter. He and his helper did the job efficiently and proficiently. My driveway was pretty bad, several mudjackers even refused to estimate it saying it couldn't be done. I wasn't expecting perfection and Joe said it wouldn't be, but he did his best with what he had and it came out great! The sections that were less broken-up came out the best as expected. I will seal the cracks and hope for the best. I have confidence in his warranty and his workmanship.

I had planned and had scheduled two other estimates, but after meeting and speaking with Rick, I agreed with what he proposed doing and thought that the price was extremely reasonable. I canceled the other appointments for estimates. Due to the rain and to drainage work that had to be completed by another company, the mud jacking work had to be delayed . He was very understanding and worked with me until he could complete the work. There was a slight problem with two holes in the concrete not being filled completely, but it was an oversight and corrected very quickly.

We solicited several bids to work on our concrete issues, and American Mudjacking came in with clearly the most competitive bid. We also heard from a neighbor that they had used this company, and were very pleased with their work. The work was done within a week of accepting their bid, and the outcome met our expectations. I would definitely use this company again.
