Description of Work: Set an appt. for 7/27/17. I had to cancel due to a conflict. That is on me. Reschedule for 8/7/17 @ 8 AM. Asked when the work day begins and 8 AM was agreeable. By 8:30 AM, no phone call or show...called to check. My appt. was forgotten about. There was some illness. Sorry to hear that. I indicated I wish I could have been notified if the provider was not coming. I cancelled all my morning business to be here. I was told this could be done anyway. Can be there about 9:30 AM. By 10:15 AM called again. Went to voicemail. Could not reach anyone. Cancelled. Received a call @ 10:55 AM. Delayed and sorry. Had some issues. I was sorry to hear that, truly. But I had been waiting about 3 hours. I mentioned the message I left on voicemail. I was told the voicemail is seldom retrieved. this is too bad as well. I had to leave home and did leave @ 10:30 AM. I just could not wait any longer. I had people waiting on me. I was not comfortable trying to reschedule. This was unfortunate. Maybe this was just a freak occurrence. I do not like non-favorable reviews. Better to not review. But, this is what happened.

Description of Work: Repaired flood damaged carpet and pad: laid approx 6' X 20' of replacement pad, and re-stretched existing carpet to cover.

+ 0 moreThe process went absolutely great. They arrived on time, performed all requested services and pricing was very fair. I have worked with many contractors over the years to perform services both personally and professionally. This company and crew were some of the best I have ever worked with. I would contract them again in the future and can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a company that does more than asked, performs quality work and stands by their promises.
Description of Work: Albert Carpet pulled old carpet and installed carpet that I had on hand. They picked up the new carpet and took it to my home for installation. They also loaded their truck with boxes that I needed to move to another area for storage.

+ -1 moreI had a small section of carpet that bleach had been spilled on. They were nearby and were at my house in less than an hour of when I called them. They fixed the carpet in short order and it looks great. I was impressed with their work and price.
