RUN!!! STAY AWAY!!! Do NOT hire Absolute Granite Tops/Manaugre Marquez. They completely screwed up our kitchen countertops (gaps, uneven cuts, cracks, chips, seams everywhere etc.). Happy to share pics with anyone considering them. It looks like they used scraps from other jobs to throw our kitchen counters together. After pointing out the abundance of obvious mistakes to Manaugre, his "fix" was to add a solid backsplash and hide as much of the screw ups as possible. They didn't cut the countertop properly thus the stove won't fit. Manaugre said he'd trim it on two separate occasions. Shocker...he no showed both times he said he'd be there. Manaugre stopped responding to texts and phone calls. He won't return any msgs. We've had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes and are pursuing legal action against Absolute Granite Tops/Manaugre Marquez. STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!

They left the job in the middle. Would not answer calls, texts or messages. Turns out they went to a family Fiesta. That obviously is more important than a client left without an operating kitchen for a few days! They cut the granite wrong so the sink wouldn’t fit and it isn’t square with the wall. They refuse to finish the work. In reality I am guilty of being naive and having paid 100% upon delivery. Another weird thing is that demanded cash payment. Perhaps they are doing tax evasion??? Not sure but surely it looks suspicious…

Went well.. until it didn't. Owner, Manaugre Marquez no longer answered phone calls, and ended up blocking my number. Incorrect install, scuffing walls, incomplete work, unprofessional. He is the last person I would recommend to anyone.

The granite is absolutely beautiful. They did not tell us we were going to have a seam in the longest slab. The filler in the seam crumbled and fell out. After several attempts to contact Martin and getting no response, we finally got a reply from him. He told us that he and Marquez were in Mexico visiting family and promised to send someone out. Someone came, but didn't do what I had asked for the repair. Of course, we ended up with the same problem. I have since called, emailed and texted several times, to no avail. If you want good customer service, this is not the company to call.

Contacted Absolute Granite on Monday. I left a message and received a text asking for measurements. I had a quote within 10 minutes. They schedule the free template appointment Wednesday and my countertops were installed by Friday. They had 3 guys that showed up, all very friendly, courteous and professional. They installed the countertop within an hour and a half. (I had 3 big slabs with my bar measuring over 14 feet. They did a great job with the seam. The only thing we missed was a small piece of granite for the back of our slide in range.

After we made our final decision they were out and installed within 2 days. The only complaints we would have was Martin said there would be 2 installers come out along with a supervisor who would make sure everything was correct, that there were not problems and who we would make our final payment to after installation; however, only 2 installers come out with no supervisor. They said he was busy elsewhere. We also gave a B rating on punctuality because they said they would be out in the morning but did not make it out until late afternoon. They did a good job and I would recommend them for future jobs.

Absolutely thrilled with this company and will recommend them to everyone I know! Measurements were taken on Monday, the templates brought out on Tuesday and Wednesday our beautiful countertops were installed. Very professional all the way around and worked to make sure although we had a difficult piece we had no seams. Thank you so much, Martin!! Fabulous from start to finish, and the price could not be beat!

Martin was great. I highly recommend him. He had given us an estimate in July for replacing our kitchen countertop with granite. We experienced some unforeseen unrelated costs after getting the estimate and had to wait until January to do the installation. Martin kept the same price, which included the countertop, backsplash, and new sink. He was great at returning messages in a very timely manner, very courteous and arrived on time for everything. We did all our own tear-out to save costs. We went to the massive warehouse to choose our slab. He came back out to measure again and get a template, which is a great idea versus just measuring: the reason is because many houses are not completely "square" and granite requires an exact fit. He was very patient in answering all our questions. When the crew came to do the install, they were fast, but very professional. The seam in the curve of the granite was very well done, cut from the continuous piece to match the pattern and grain. They might not have the fancy building and glitzy logo company trucks, BUT---By highest standards that I have researched, they did a superb job, and I would recommend them without hesitation. THANK YOU MARTIN and INSTALL CREW...you guys are the best!!!

It started off well. He was on time and did the work. Once done, we realized that he measured one slab probably wrong and we ended up having a small additional piece at a wall, rather than a monolithic ganite slab that we were expecting. The more irritating issue is that he was supposed to take away our old counter top and old sink. He kept telling he will come and made us wait on two occasions at home and never showed up. He stopped returning calls or even responding to messages. We paid all the money - a big mistake. Thoroughly disappointed. The kitchen counter with sink still sits in our garage. Wish he was more professional. All the poor ratings for punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism are due to this. The quality of work would have been higher rating, but for that inseam.

This company is the best, fastest and most economical. We wanted granite countertops installed as soon as possible. When we called Marquez he told us to go to the granite wholesaler to choose the granite slab we wanted. He then came over to our house that evening and quoted us the best price, his quote was better than four others we went to. The main difference is that not only was he the most economical, he gave us a giant island with no seams in it. Everyone else wanted to put a seam in the middle of our island. Since we went directly to the wholesaler, we knew exactly what we were getting. This price above was for approximately 54sf of granite, giollo ornamental, included a stainless steel sink as well, and cutting down our island that had a giant bar. It took them a week from the initial call to have granite countertops installed. They installed the countertops in approximately 4 hours. Great company. One thing, since we wanted no seams, he had to cut the granite in our kitchen which got the kitchen a little dusty, however, with the money we saved it was worth having to do a little clean up afterwards.
