Description of Work: Siding was installed - 18 months later it bows - the trim they installed also bows. (Poorly attached) the guttering is coming loose as well. The materials were not cut well and the answer to that was to fill gaps with caulking. They were to return and change the trim but once they were paid they weren't heard from again. I would not recommend this company.

They were extremely thorough and professional. Providing us with the results in a timely fashion and then giving us a list of providers to have the issue remediated. We would definitely use them again.

Keith Worrel is very professional and not pushy at all. He worked for a different roofing company last year (which is when we started thinking about roof replacement), and he periodically touched base with us to see if we had any questions. He changed companies sometime during the year and Cochran Ted us again. We were very happy with professionalism, quality of materials, etc., but ultimately chose a different company to do the job because ABC Exteriors bid was higher.
Description of Work: Gave us a bid on replacing a shake shingle roof with a new composition roof, as well as adding adequate attic ventilation.

They were initially punctual in sending someone out for the estimate. They wanted to access the dimensions of the roof through their satellite program, but the trees in our yard blocked their view. We tried to get a hold of them with the dimensions from the insurance agency. We spoke with someone from the company, but he was unable to take down the information and said he'd call us back. He hasn't called back since. I made a second attempt to get in touch with them and they took my contact information over the phone, but they have not returned my call either.

Began soon after daylight. Because it was January used a double crew to finish in 1 day. As I remember it they worked a section of the roof at a time. Our roof is steep and the people working it - were equipped for safety - and moved with careful speed. They finished just at dusk and everything was done before dark. We were impressed. One "extra" they provided was to wrap the front peak with roofing - it looks terrific!
Description of Work: Removed 3 layers of roofing. Installed new radiant decking. Topped it with an impact resistant roof material. Added an attic exhaust power ventilator. They did an outstanding job of clean up. No left over nails, or roofing materials - all were removed. We bought a roof with a 50 year guarantee and are very happy with the color of the roof, the installation and the suggestions made by the Roofer to improve our savings on utilities.
