This company has no pride in itself or respect for their potential customers. My home warranty company contracted this company to replace a water heater that had flooded part of my basement. I contacted them 2 days after they were contracted and had not heard from them. At 8a I was informed that he had 2 repairs and he could get to mine around 2:30/3:00. I was willing to do it whenever he had time as we had no hot water. At 4p I contacted him again to get an update and was rudely informed "I'm not coming today. I can try for noon tomorrow". At that point it was too late in the day to find another contractor as the supply houses would be closed. Due to his inability to care about potential customers our house was left without hot water. I wouldn't send this guy to my worst enemies house. But hey, if you don't want customer service or your issue taken care of; this is your guy. What a disgrace. I can say Old Town Plumbing is fantastic and willing to do what this guy won't! BEWARE! I wish negative stars were an option

Arrived on time, did instal to code, removed old unit. I had the new one waiting for them. Very satisfied with the work.

Horrible! He left a mess. My husband cut the vent pipe himself. The bill was over $1,000 more than the estimate. He billed plumber charges for someone who was not even a licensed plumber. Then when we complained about the service and the bill, he stated that was the way this industry charged for their services. He only deducted about $300. When we pointed out that we (my husband) did the work on the vent pipe and used his own tools and saw blades (which were expensive), it made no difference. It took us an hour or two to clean up after him. We had to sweep between the rafters to clean up all the saw dust from his cuts through the boards. The worst part is that the faucet we wanted to use wouldn't work. He bent the fixture attempting to use it, so we couldn't return it and we still had to buy a new fixture. When it came to the install for the bathtub, he never even finished it. My husband had to finish it. So, in essence, we were charged over $1,000 more than the estimate and the job still wasn't complete. And, it cost us more money in other ways, too, with the clean up and having to buy another faucet and not being able to return the first one because he damaged it. I would never recommend him nor would I ever call him again. We have used him before and he did a decent job replacing our main water line. He was messy then, too. But, at least he stuck to his estimate then. Horrible integrity!

I've used him in several occasions. He comes right out when you need him, gives reasonable prices and does great work. He's very nice and personable. He shows you the part that he replaces and says why it's needed to be replaced. He let's you know if something else looks like it might be going out which is very helpful but he's not pushy. He does great service, he's a nice guy and does a quick work.

This guy was hired by my mom & stepdad who picked "Master Plumbing" out of the phone book for a water leak problem they have in their front yard or around their house. He brought a backhoe and ripped out a bush right by the house, and destroyed a sprinkler head, left everything destroyed and leaking, and then sent them a bill for $1200. They had 2 plumbers from other companies out yesterday who suggested they send Master Plumbing their bill for having to repair all of his damage. I've told them to confront the guy & NOT pay $1200 which is ridiculous when there was NO repair, and more damage than when he arrived. The yard was torn up with huge places of mud, in what had been a well-kept lawn. My parents are elderly and I feel they are being taken advantage of by this company.
