When Phill Harden came to give the estimate, he immediately recognized the problems with the existing gutters. They were installed too low and were not correctly sloped, creating great and quot;waterfallsand quot; at the valleys, and at the end of each section. He was completely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and congenial. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was considerate about the cost. I asked how much it would be to add leaf guard, and he quoted the price for two different kinds, leaving the choice up to me. Both seemed reasonable. After reading reviews on the Internet, I chose the more expensive one because I thought it would do a better job of keeping the gutters clear. The installers arrived as scheduled and did a terrific job of completing the work in short order. They were meticulous about cleaning up when they were finished. I am totally pleased with the entire process. Water now drains through the downspouts as it should. I only wish I had contacted McMillan much earlier, before the faulty gutters, installed by a different company in 2000, caused problems with the foundation, wood rot to occur in the redwood deck, and washed out areas of grass and top soil. This company deserves my highest recommendation!

The installers were knowledgeable, meticulous, and willing to share their expertise. Derek explained how the work would be done and showed me how it would be installed. The work was completed in a timely manner. All debris was picked up and I was told if I had any thing that needed adjusting to let him know.
