+ 0 moreI had purchased windows from Pro Exteriors earlier and I was well aware of their quality and value, so I also purchased the door from them to match the color of my windows. The door was installed professionally.
Description of Work: I purchased a triple pane low-E patio glass door for our patio. Pro Exteriors also did the installation of the door.

+ 0 moreI love these windows. They are high energy efficient windows.They were custom made to our window measurements. The crew removed the old windows and installed 16 windows in one day including covering and sealing the wood. They were fast efficient and friendly. We have rose bushes by two windows and they managed to get past them and do their work without damageing the bushes. We had a problem with the screen door sticking and one of the owners personally came out to fix the problem. We were very happy with the results and after they were installed we noticed they also deadend the outside traffic sound. I'm looking forward to the next electric bill to see how much our bill has dropped. i would recomond them to anyone who asks about a window contractor.
Description of Work: Installed 18 double hung windows and one bay window custom made tripple pane, argon filled. Encased and sealed the wood around the windows. They also installed a patio door.

The window installer Jimmy uses was professional, explained everything and took great care to not make a mess. We had some problems with the screens and Jimmy has been back to the house twice to resolve the situation. We will definitely use Jimmy again in the future!

Salesperson was knowledgeable, no high pressure. time prom purchase to installation was reasonable. I felt comfortable with installers i nmy home and they did a good job. Have had the windows almost 1 year now and happy with quality.

+ -1 moreJimmy is great to work with, patiently answered our questions and made recommendations as needed. Siding and window installers are top notch! (Even the cats and dogs loved them). Jimmy and his team were very professional, showed up when scheduled and did a great job cleaning up. The yard was never left in a mess. Highly recommend!
