Trinity Roofing

I called them and they came out to confirm there was hail damage. The insurance adjustor came out and said they were only going to put half a roof on. I had an appointment to meet the insurance adjustor and Drew from Trinity Roofing, but Drew did not show up. The new adjustor said they would replace the whole roof. The roof was torn off but the metal had to be reused because the insurance company would not pay for new metal. I was not made aware that new metal was not being put on the roof. The adjustor approved doing the garage as well. There were some rotten boards, but they just shingled over the rotten wood. We are now happy but they had to redo the roof four times.

In the beginning there were some problems as the person who had started the job and done the estimate was in the hospital. Our phone number had been written incorrectly on their papers so they were not able to get in touch with us immediately. After about a week someone came by the house to let us know of the delay and to get our correct phone number. After that they process moved along smoothly. There was some delay in getting the shingles we had ordered but once the supplies were delivered the work was completed on one day. I was away from home that day leaving before the crews arrived and when I returned that evening the stacks of plywood and shingles were gone from the driveway and there was a new roof on the house. Everything was cleaned up and the only evidence of them having been here was the new roof.
