Sears

Horrible, horrible service! I was given a window of 8-12 pm for technician. When he wasn'tthere by 12pm I called Sears Home Services Customer Service. The rep told me he would have the technician call me about being late. That was over an hour ago and I still haven't heard from the technician. 15 minutes after calling the first time I called again. The next rep said the technician was on his way. When I asked why he didn't show up when he had 4 hours to do so and why he hadn't called me the rep said, I don't know, maybe he's lunching. LUNCHING!?!! When he is supposed to be at my house and had 4 hours to get there??? I next tried the Resolution Hotline and explained the situation. They too said the tech was on his way, nothing they could do about it. It is now 1:25, no technician and no help whatsoever from Sears Customer Service.

Two men from Sears came out to fix the unit. They replaced the compressor thinking that was the issue but the A/C unit went out again the same night. I called them to come back and they had no problem coming back to fix the issue. We finally determined that I also needed a starting capacitor and Sears came back and finished fixing the unit.
