PBA Home Siding did an excellent job repairing the metal fascia wrap that was wind damaged on our house. We were very pleased with their work. We did a walkthrough and the project was done as promised and everything was cleaned up.

The owners were prompt, they responded in less than 24 hours and had me a quote instantly. They were understanding that the insurance company had to review the quote prior to work beginning. Once I got the green light from insurance they were out in less than 48 hrs to complete the repairs. The workers were professional and considerate. I can't compare the cost because I've never done siding or window repairs but the ins.company was impressed with the numbers and approved the quote instantly. I will/would use PBA again!

They were very prompt in the initial response. They came the same day to give an estimate. We setup to have the work done the end of this week. With the impending rain, they called today to see if they could come early. They came and quickly set up and finished the job. They cleaned up well. Overall very pleased with the experience.

PBA did a great job. We had a parking space problem and the workers were very considerate. The work was done in a skillful manner. They worked late into the night to bring this project to completion quickly. The boss was easy to reach via the cell phone. They cleaned up all construction waste.

We called several companies inclusing PBA for quotes on wood rot repair. Initially, we were thinking that we would get the wood replaced and we hadn't even considered have the trim wrapped in vinyl or aluminum. Higor and Carlos responded quickly and came out to give us an estimate. When we compared it to the quotes to replace the wood, it was a much better investment to go with the aluminum and vinyl and much better from a maintenance perspective. In fact, we decided to go ahead and get the soffits and fascia wrapped and the windows and doors wrapped. Higor's crew did an outstanding job and really went above and beyond! We had a little corner up by the roof line that was out of our reach to paint. One of Higor's crew members graciously painted it for us! They were polite, courteous and hardworking and always kept the area around the house clean and free of nails and vinyl and aluminum trimmings. We also have a stone coated steel roof and the edges wrap down over the trim boards and are nailed or screwed down. When we told Higor that someone with the roofing company was going to pull the screws so Higor's crew could wrap the fascia boards, Higor was wiliing to meet with the representaitve of the roofing company to make sure that his work would in no way harm the roof or void the warranty. We really appreciate the thorough and professional way in which the work was performed. We couldn't be happier!

Job was vinyl siding repair for hail damage. One side of the house was given all new siding. All the windows were rewrapped. A new soffit was done on the porch. New shutters were installed for each window. Aluminum wrap done for the entire house on fascia. New gutters installed with gutter guards. Around $8K. I am pleased with the overall work done to my home. There was a spot that needed to be redone after the final walk- through. Some miscommunication happened that the owners were not aware of regarding the fix. To their credit the two co-owners came out personally and fixed the problem (chalking of a couple windows) themselves. Clearly they are very motivated to be seen as responsive and attentive. We are all good at this point. A shout out to their gutter subcontractor who is awesome. Worked on a steeply pitched roof; installed new gutters and gutter guards around the entire two stories in one day.

These guys are the best. Good price, friendly and on time. Can't say enough good things about them.

Wow, these guys are the real deal! I live in Florida; and called this company for some last minute work needed to close an FHA loan. They were on time, competitively priced and exceeded the scoop of work they were contracted for. My inspection was flawless and I close next week. Money well spent!
