Wonderful! I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the beginning Al was terrific-he helped me with the overall design and answered my many questions patiently. Wade, the very talented craftsman who did the work was wonderful. There wasn't a speck of dirt or anything out of place when I returned home each night. They went above and beyond with this job and I couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them - and in fact, next year when I redo my guest bath, they will be the first people I call.

Our job was neither a large nor a complex one, but it was still given full attention by this company. We had several consultations with the head contractor before the work began to make sure that we understood each other, and he was patient about making adjustments to the pre-work proposals. There was never any sense of pressure to do more than we felt we could afford. Henry Wallraff, C.L.C., the workman who did the tile, plumbing, painting, etc. was exceptional. His work was excellent and efficient and he treated us and our house with utmost respect. Both the head contractor and the workman were attentive to questions and eager for us to be satisfied with the final outcome of the project.

Owner Al Felman was very knowledgeable and offered several options for this redo without being at all high-pressure. Our craftsman, Henry, did an excellent job. He was meticulous in every aspect of the job, including clean-up at the end of each day. He kept us updated daily on the work status. I asked for a few minor changes along the way and he was always eager to accommodate me. I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my home when I needed to go out. We love our new bathrooms!

I found this company from Angie's List and called. I was surprised and pleased that the owner, Al Feldman, answered the phone! He set an appointment to review the job and within a short time (a few days?, I can't remember) provided a detailed estimate, proposal, showroom addresses for tub, fixtures and tile, and a guide sheet on what to expect. Al was easily reached by phone with any questions we had. He sent a very helpful designer, Sonya Lang, to help me with tile selection and guidance on tub and fixture selection. From the initial contact and acceptance of the bid, work started about 3 weeks later. Because of a family funeral, work was delayed a couple of days with no problem expressed. The talented construction "artist," Scott, was pleasant, quiet (hard to believe when there is demolition happening) and very respectful of daily hours I requested. He agreed to come at 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm each day. He kept our house very clean and addressed any detail work we pointed out.

The work was professionally done in a timely manner. Scott was meticulous in his installation and carpentry skills and very helpful. Minor problems were taken care of easily and quickly. I have never had a work area left as clean as this was. I had immediate responses to any questions or concerns.

Work was well done in a timely manner. Bathroom was ready for painting. Tile work and glass block look beautiful. The shower head is very good.

Al prepared proposal on timely basis. I selected my own tile and Al readily set up relationship with the new tile source. The project carpenter was professional, polite and timely. He always advised me of his schedule plans and was courteous to my family and pets; same applies to the man who reglazed the tub and sinks. Everything was completed on time and budget and the finished bathroom looks great. Al provided recommendations for tile maintenance. I'm pursuing another bid from Al for a room remodel and bath addition.

Al was punctual from first call for an estimate straight through entire project. Scott, who did the work, put in long hours, did the job to perfection and took care of little things that came up without an issue. Would hire again without hesitation.

Al and his crew did a phenomenal job. We began working with Al during pre-execution during the holidays and he couldn't have been more thorough, knowledgeable and organized. He even kept in touch with us over New Year's week (via email) when he was out of the country. The crew was awesome! Jesse and John did a beautiful job on all facets of the project - especially installing the cabinets, new moldings and wainscoting. Wonderful craftsmanship and attention to detail. They were friendly, polite, and extremely mindful of cleaning the workspace at the end of each day. Al promised to have the job done in four weeks and created a detailed work timeline for us. The job was completely done in exactly that time, including all of the extra ''little things'' we kept asking them to do that deviated from the original plan. All in all, a beautiful job and a real pleasure working with these guys. We love our new kitchen and couldn't be happier!

AL SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HIS BID WAS VERY DETAILED & THOROUGH, SO I THINK THERE WOULD BE FEW SURPRISES TO UP THE PRICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB. HOWEVER, IT WAS SOMEWHAT HIGH. WE DECIDED TO GO ONLY WITH THE MINIMUM REPAIRS AT THIS TIME RATHER THAN WITH A REMODEL OR MORE EXTENSIVE REPAIRS, & HE PREFERRED NOT TO BID ON THAT PIECE. WHEN WE WANT TO HAVE REMODELING OR EXTENSIVE REPAIRS DONE, WE WILL CALL HIM AGAIN.

WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO HAVE IT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AL WAS GREAT WITH HIS SUGGESTIONS AND TERRY DID A GREAT JOB WITH SOME HELP FROM HIS SON. WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE THEM AGAIN. EVERYTHING LOOKS WONDERFUL.

GREAT PRESENTATION EXCELLENT WORK, VERY PLEASED. MY SON OVERSAW MOST OF THE WORK WHILE I WAS UNAVAILABLE, & HE WAS IMPRESSED.

OVERALL QUITE PLEASED. JOB TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT AL TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS I POINTED OUT. THEY WORKED HARD FOR THE MONEY.

EXCELLENT WORK. USUALLY ON TIME BUT HAD OTHER JOBS THEY WERE FINISHING. CLEAN UP WAS SUPERIOR. WERE MID-PRICED IN THE 4 BIDS WE RECEIVED. EASY TO WORK WITH. WRITTEN CHANGE ORDERS SIGNED BY CUSTOMER ARE REQUIRED TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDING--EXCELLENT POLICY.

AL HAS A FINE GROUP OF MEN WORKING FOR HIM. THEY COMPLETED THE WORK ON A TIMELY BASIS TO ABOVE OUR SATISFACTION. VERY DETAILED.
