Jeff did a great job planning our a new patio in front of our house and the landscaping around it. It was installed and we were very happy with the result and the cost. We even referred him to our friends who had a $30,000 project. After about 2 months the bricks in the patio started sinking around the edges. This is when problems started. We are unable to contact Jeff or have him return our calls. They came out and half way repaired the bricks but did not finish it and now there are some bricks are still sinking. We have tried contact by voicemail and multiple emails and no response. Our only recourse now is post this on Angie's list and possible contact a lawyer.
Description of Work: Installed a patio in front of our house with landscaping and beds around it and around the side of the house.

Description of Work: Jeff K. did a great job - he came and provided an initial plan for free and quote - for the entire yard! After that we worked on the barren areas that needed help and got within a budget I was comfortable with. He was extremely responsive and worked hard to get the project done in a timely matter despite the rainy season that he started the work within. I was extremely happy with the end result and plan on contacting them next year for more work and muclhing services.
