Iâ ve read the reviews on this company and everyone has rated them 5 stars. I donâ t understand this. We are nearly a month in trying to get septic plans and I still donâ t have them. They tell me a date. The next week I call, of course no one ever answer the phone, I get and email saying itâ s going to be longer. Soil test was already completed we talking plans only. In the time Iâ ve been waiting for the plans, Iâ ve already paid for so I can obtain a permit through Jackson County, the house could have had the slab poured and the entire house framed. No joke. I could be running electrical now but instead Iâ m still waiting for them to draw plans so I can get a permit Good luck. Maybe donâ t pay them upfront.

We needed a septic system expert to come out for a consultation and we needed someone who could come out today -- a lot to ask. Bryan answered my call and came out within an hour. He had the expertise we needed and was so service oriented and professional. We highly recommend KCS.

We had an incredible experience working with KCS to resolve issues with our septic system that had been installed by a different company before we bought our house. Due to our budget and the nature of our septic problems, we had the work on our system done in two phases, and from the first time he came to our house 9 months ago, through the completion of all the work we needed to get the system functioning correctly this week, Bryan was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. He and his team excavated and reset our pump tank, completely redid the manifolds for our drip fields and corrected several other issues with the pipes going into and out of the septic tank. He is an expert in his field and never hesitated to share his knowledge with us, to answer any questions we had about the situation we were dealing with or to increase our understanding of our system. He is prompt with communication and never made us feel like we were burdening him with questions as we navigated the best way to resolve the circumstances we were working with. When he first came to our house and looked into our pump tank, his knowledge and experience allowed him to accurately predict what sort of issues we’d find throughout the rest of our septic system. His estimates regarding the cost of work needed also proved to be accurate and fair. The crews that he had out for each of our jobs were professional and worked quickly to get the jobs done well. After 4 years of battling a faulty system plagued by issues, we finally feel at ease and confident that we have a quality system that has been installed correctly. I’ll recommend Bryan and KCS to anyone I know that is need of septic work.

We had some schedule issues due to Covid-19 and Bryan was on top of the project from the start and made sure everything was lined up with all parties and kept the project on track. Bryan and his crew were always professional, polite and left the work site clean. These are great guys!

Bryan showed up on time to give estimate. He took time to explain what could be done, offered a fair price and did not try to upsell us on additional repairs or parts. He's crew showed up days within days and repair completed super fast. I would highly recommend KCS.

Brian was extremely professional, knowledgeable and performed installation services very timely. He and his crew worked on this project in the rain on a few occasions, just so he could get this project completed for us. Seem to be honest guy will not try to turn your little job into big expensive job like others. I had another company come out told me I needed things that I didn't these guy got my project wrapped up for less than a 3rd of what the other company told me fixing my problem and not trying to price gouge me I would definitely recommend.

Bryan responds quickly to emails and texts, even when he is on a different job. He and Jose worked very well together, wasting no time. Bryan is very knowledgeable about following Overland Park requirements & regulations, relieving us of most interaction with the city. Because of a faulty installation of our first septic tank, Bryan had to install a new lateral bed. Here, again, he took care of finding an engineer to design the new bed and pushed the city to get the necessary approvals. Many thanks to Bryan and Jose for working hard and completing the job before I was scheduled to leave town.

My wife and I are getting ready to add a patio and deck to the back of the house and we needed to know where the septic line exits the house and runs to the tank. Bryan quoted me a minimum service call estimate that was in line with an estimate we received from another gentleman. Bryan told me he would be in the area and could get to it within a day. Bryan called me the next day and told me when he would be here to do the work, was prompt and did the work in less time than anticipated. Bryan was kind enough to adjust the bill accordingly. I will definitely keep him in mind if I need assistance in the future.

Bryan was very professional and answered my calls quickly. He did a great job, showed up on time and explained what needed to be done. When there was a problem caused by a subcontractor, Bryan came to fix the problem quickly. The new septic tank met all inspections the first time.

When you have an emergency sewer issue that turns from a "please take a look with your camera" to a full blown dig, in very unpleasant cold, wet weather, I cant imagine having a better experience. While we did not want to replace the sewer, it was really the only situation and Bryan and his team worked hard to not only find the root cause (no pun intended), they worked hard to keep the cost down. I might add that this was our vacation home and we live 1,200 miles away. The good communication at every step of the process, many times per day, made it clear that they were working hard and in our best interests. Thanks Bryan!
