They were good. I was finding they were getting a little more expensive each time. Initially they were good but there was one particular plumber that I liked. Some of the others were not bad but kind of not to my liking. They were not as good so I decided to switch. They did a great job. Then I had them on a service contract and some of the other plumbers were not up to par. I give them an A for that. I was very satisfied with their work then. Only time I would use them again is if for some reason my current plumber decided to go out of business. But right now I would use my current plumber for everything. Well, he doesn't do some big jobs. I know the job KB Complete did for me, I don't think it's something that my current plumber does. They do smaller jobs.

They are all good. I would recommend them.

KB Complete was the only company that could come out the day I called! It took a few hours but everything got done fast and soon we were cooling down

I initially had the sump pump replaced and battery backup installed in January of 2016. Things went well and the pump and backup were tested while I was at the house. I have used KB Complete for many years with no issues and have recommended them to many people. Initially I was pleased with their work on the sump pump replacement/battery backup installation. However, in early March, the alarm on the pump and battery backup started going off and wouldn't stop. I disconnected both and reconnected, and still the alarm went off. I called KB Complete and they sent a different technician to the house, who said that the charger was bad. However, they didn't have one in stock, so I'd have to wait for them to order it. It took about 5 business days to arrive. They sent that technician back to my house to install the charger and when he left, he said the battery was charging but very slowly and he didn't know why. But he left anyway. He didn't change the battery or do any additional troubleshooting - just installed the new charger and left. After 6 hours, the battery still was not charged so I called KB Complete again. They sent a different technician to the house the next day (Saturday) who did a more thorough job on troubleshooting. He replaced a part on the sump pump float, as well as replaced the battery. This would have been the March 26th visit and was Visit #4 for this issue. So far the charger/battery appear to be working and I have verified that the battery kicks in when power is off to the sump pump. I have no issue with a piece of equipment (the charger) that was bad - that is beyond KB's control. However, the fact that it took 3 additional visits, and the tech they sent for 2 of them CLEARLY didn't do any trouble-shooting or know anything about battery backups is extremely disappointing to me. All-in-all, I missed 3 days of work for the sump pump/battery backup install. I would NOT recommend them for sump pump installations. I will continue to use them for other plumbing and heating/cooling items and hope their service in those areas continues to be as great as it has in the past.

Andy and Daniel were amazing! They were prompt and thorough! I was worried about the yard looking bad afterward but the end result was way better than I had even expected!

KB Complete came and inspected, calculated and recommended correct solution. KB Complete worked with me to include modification to existing ducting and returns to provide a working solution.

Technician was very rude. Walked out without explaining what needed to be done. Unplugged sump pump and did not plug it back in.

All work was performed in a very satisfactory manner and all workers were very professional and were very concerned that all working areas were kept clean as possible.

It went very well. The service person was knowledgeable and completed the work in a short time. I have used KB before and was pleased then as well. There are some other plumbing companies that try to scare you into additional work through special offers, but these guys are thorough and professional.

Very expensive. Chose different firm

Needed a pound of freon, which is pricey. But because I signed up for the prepaid plan of AC and furnace check up, I was able to receive a 15%discount. The tech, Kevin, was Professional and very thorough, explaining things as needed. Next time we'll have cake.

First tried to sell me a service package. Checked out toilet and said it could not be repaired. Installed a 700.00 toilet.

It went well both servicemen did a good job and left the job site clean. The circulation pump. Solved a problem with getting hot water to the kitchen. Before the pump it took more than 2 minutes to get hot water to the kitchen now I get warm water instantly and hot water much sooner. Not perfect but it will do. We had to leave for a doctors appointment and the guys worked hard to get the job done fast without a compromise in quality.

First time using this company and couldn't be happier. They were out within a couple of hours, checked the furnace completely. Then when a switch needed to be replaced right before I was leaving town, they had a driver pick up a special order part at the warehouse and bring it to my house to meet another tech who installed it, all within 2 hours. Excellent service, took plenty of time to explain what they were doing and why. Office staff was friendly and very helpful, as was the technician I talked to when I had a general question. We ended up buying their service package.

Absolutely wonderful. We replaced the furnace, AC and humidifier based on their quote. There were no surprises with the install. Their staff was quick to respond and make sure that we were taken care of on a cold winter's day.. The area was left immaculate and the technicians did a fantastic job!

Everyone seemed very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. We are happy with the installation. Plus the office staff seems very concerned about making sure we are satisfied. On top of all that we received some pretty awesome chocolate chip cookies from them a couple weeks after the install. Heck of a deal. I would highly recommend them (the company and the cookies).

Good.This was non-emergency.Just wanted to have upgraded faucet installed.Simply called to make a service call.Turned out they were able to have it done same afternoon that I called.

Ignitor has failed multiple times over last 20 years. Furnace needs replaced soon due to rust.

Scheduled 1st appt in the morning. Was told technician would be at the house between 9-9:30am. Received a call from the technician at 9:20 telling me he was heading my way and would be there around 10am. I called the main office, they were of course apologetic and explained that ... Tuesdays's are training days ... the technician that was going to perform my service had "trouble getting out" and i live "all the way in Belton so it would take awhile to get there ... As hard as it is for this company to understand, I do have a job, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate them, rather than proactively addressing the issue through the main office they threw the service tech to the wolves by having him make the call, they offered nothing except excuses. i wonder how long they would have waited or how much they would have tried to charge me if the shoe was on the other foot and I was not home when the technician showed up for his scheduled appt at 9am ... I called them at 9:20 to tell them i was on my way and would be there around 10am ... There are too many other plumbers out there looking for work, i will not be using them again.

I purchased a new disposal at a big box store, but their install time line was delayed. I decided to call KB to do the service. A plumber came out quickly, but his price was three times the amount of the store's installation team. KB will not give a "ballpark" charge for a service over the phone, which frustrates me. They do good work, but next time I will be mor e patient which a store's install time!

We have used them before. Service was fine. They did a very good job. They diagnosed a very serious carbon monoxide problem and shut down our furnace. Two people worked on the job and it took them a full day. We have found their prices to be competitive and they're responsive. We haven't had any negative experiences. They're very professional.

Since I've had a maintenance contract with KB Complete for several years, I know what to expect. The technician arrived during the window of time given at scheduling. The technician checked the furnace unit and replaced the filter, adjusted the thermostat and performed necessary adjustments to the AC unit. This was the first AC service since KB Complete installed my new unit. I mention this only because the service cost (normally just the price of the furnace filter) was almost three times that amount. I just thought it cost more to maintain the AC unit. I only mention it to give reason for the following. Within 30 minutes of the technician's departure I received a call from the main office to let me know I had been overcharged. The associate from the main office was very apologetic and gave me several options to set the financial discrepancy right. It was a very simple and understandable mistake of selecting the incorrect service code...there are so many different codes depending on services provided. I am extremely happy with the service provided by the technician and the billing office. I had no idea I had been overcharged and they could have easily kept the difference without my knowing it was incorrect. The steps they took to keep my business and provide quality service is worth sharing.

I was reasonably satisfied. I thought they were rather expensive, however. We had a problem afterwards and they spent 5 hours fixing it. They sent one tech to fix the A/C originally.
