I was in the process of purchasing a home. The home inspector told me that there was a problem with the AC. I called KB right then around 10:15 am. I asked how much it would cost to have them come out and take a look at it. They said a service call was $69.00. They said they could come out between noon - 2 pm. They didn't show up until 2:10 or 2:15. I told the guy right off that I didn't own the home and just wanted him to tell me how much it would cost to fix the problem. I was very specific that I didn't want to put anymore $ into the house unless I knew how much I was going to be spending. He went ahead and looked at the AC. The problem was that the disconnect was upside down. Basically just needed to flip a switch around. He did look at some other things and gave me an overall o.k. on the status of the AC, but he charged me an additional $77.00 to do that measly amount of work. He was there for 20 minutes. I was disappointed in the price and the fact that my concerns about not spending much more $ weren't really acknowledged. I really felt that he could have charged a little less for the amount of work he did and the fact that I didn't own the home yet and he could have made a great customer out of me. The house has a fireplace and needs lots of plumbing work which I could have called KB for, but I will not be calling them to do that. The guy was very personable despite all of the above. He was very nice, I just got ripped off with a smile.

They were very clean. They were very nice. The owner came to make sure everything was going smoothly, and he was very nice. They even called to tell me that I forgot about my rebate. They did all the work in one day. I would always use them. They came back to make sure everything was running good and did not charge a thing.

Do not call this company unless you want to get ripped off! Fixing the drain line took 2 minutes and then a charge for the estimate, which after receiving other bids turned out to be 3 times the price of other contractors. Just another sleezy contractor to be avoided.

It was a very pleasant experience for a first timer with KB complete, Inc. I would tell other friends about this company in a positive way.

They were very careful with the job as well as being on time. They came out and checked it out but did not perform any work. They original were going to charge $120 for coming out, but when I challenged them about the price, they decided to take it down to $90, though I still thought that was very high.

We will use them if we have to have a furnace or anything like that. They are very reliable. Cost includes spring air conditioner cost also.

I was pleased with them. The guy was professional, and he gave me good advice. He was intelligent. They had two different charges for the visit, a service charge and a trip charge. I don't know if that's standard or not. I question that a little bit. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

THIS HVAC SPECIAL PRICING I WAS TO RECEIVE WAS TO INCLUDE A 10% DISCOUNT. IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO MAIL ME BACK THE $65 WHICH WAS FOR THE FURNACE CHECK AND HE NEVER EVEN FINISHED DOING THE WORK AND WAS ONLY HERE 5 MINUTES. THEN IT TOOK 3 ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE CARTRIDGE IN THE KITCHEN FAUCET. NOW IT WORKS BUT TOOK A WHILE. THEY ALSO STARTED YELLING AND SCREAMING AT ME WHEN THE FURNACE WOULDN'T TURN ON IN FRUSTRATION SO I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE. THE EXACT SAME FILTER THAT YOU BUY AT HOME DEPOT FOR $8 THEY TRIED TO SELL TO ME FOR $22.

EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICE. ALL SERVICEMEN ARE POLITE AND TRUSTWORTHY. KARL, THE OWNER, IS ACCESSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS, TOO. HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS FOR HEATING, A/C, HOT WATER HEATER, AND PLUMBING. CAN'T REMEMBER SPECIFIC COSTS BUT GOT OTHER BIDS AND THIS COMPANY IS COMPETITIVE AND WANTED TO RETAIN ME AS A CUSTOMER.

THE PLUMBER DID A FAIR JOB INSTALLING THE TUBE FOR THE ICE MAKER. HE DIDN'T FIX THE KITCHEN FAUCET BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART. HE WORKED FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR AND HALF. HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AFTER HE ORDERED THE PART BUT I DECLINED BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL CHANGE. WAY TOO MUCH FOR HALF AN HOUR WORTH OF WORK. THIS COMPANY CHARGES UNREASONABLY HIGH FEES.

THEY WERE PROMPT, REASONABLY PRICED, AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I PAID A LITTLE MORE, BUT I FEEL LIKE I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR, THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, NEAT AND CLEAN.

WE HAVE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR THE LAST 8 OR 9 YEARS FOR OUR FURNACE AND A/C.

THEY QUICKLY RESPONDED AND WERE REASONABLY PRICED.

CLEAN, FAST, FRIENDLY WORKMAN. WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF WAITING AROUND ALL DAY FOR SERVICE.

VERY COURTEOUS, TIMELY AND COMMITTED TO MAKING YOU HAPPY. TOOK A COUPLE TRIES AS WHAT WENT OUT ON AC WAS UNEXPECTED BUT KEPT TRYING UNTIL IT WAS FIXED. HOW PEOPLE HANDLE PROBLEMS IS MY BIGGEST WORRY. THEY DID GREAT!

I FELT THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK CORRECTLY.

REPAIRED LEAK ON TIMELY BASIS. FOUND AND REPAIRED ANOTHER PIPE WHICH WOULD HAVE CAUSED A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE.

SALESMAN VERY KNOWLEGEABLE, PROVIDED BEST SYSTEM FOR HOUSE. INSTALLATION CREW WORKED 10 HOURS TO INSTALL SYSTEM IN ONE DAY.
