It went well. The service man told us how much it would cost to fix it and how much a new unit would cost. We chose to repair the existing unit.

They did a great job. They came in and gave me an estimate then came back and did the work efficiently. We've had no problems with it.

We like Rick and he is our pick out of the people there. He came and moved the sensors from our outside part of our furnace to the inside, so that we could better adjust it towards our needs. We spent about $200 on that service. That work went well and it seemed like right at the beginning I could tell a difference, but I am not telling a difference much now. My feeling is that there is something that is not running right with our unit, so we actually get back with them on it. We do not have a humidity gauge, so we don’t know and we are just going by feeling. We have a two storey house and we thought that by putting this humidifier it would take care of the whole house, but we had to keep a pot boiling on the stove and also put another humidifier upstairs. We would tell others that they are prompt and we seemed to be able to get service within 24 hours. They put covers over their shoes when they come in and they are punctual on the phone, but we really like Rick. We have asked that he be put on our call list and that is because he seems to be very knowledgeable. He has a gift for really loving what he does. The other two things are that I am very allergic to perfume and cologne because I have asthma. He is the only one that comes and does not have a bunch of stuff all over his clothes, so it is really important that he comes. He has similar health problems to what I do, so we have that bond as well.

My mother called them yesterday, and they scheduled an appointment for today. Their secretary was very courteous, patient, and helpful. The technician that arrived was prompt, thorough, and conscientious. We were thoroughly impressed with the service KB Complete Inc provided.

I have a service contract with them that I got last year. It was basically a membership so if my heat went out I get bumped to the top of the list and it gives me a 10-15 percent discount on any services or products that I have needed. I didn't spend a dime when they came out this time. I haven't had any issues and my heat has been running all winter. When my heat went out last year they were the first person that actually came out to my house so they got my business. I’ve had a couple of their service people come out and they have all been very knowledgeable and helpful so I definitely would recommend their service. They are a little bit more expensive than what I would like to pay. They were committed to getting the job done and making sure that I had heat. They took a little longer to come out than I would have liked but there was a snowstorm. Every time I call I actually get to talk to a person and not a machine. They came at the time they said they would. They gave me a half hour timeframe for coming.

KC Complete Inc. provided excellent service. I called KB Complete to check out problems with a sump pump. Jeff, who is a master plumber, adjusted a connector on the main pump and determined that the battery for the backup pump had to be replaced. I replaced the battery, so my KB Complete cost was $108.00. I appreciate Jeff's honesty and expertise which easily saved me several hundred dollars

After calling for repair of existing 15 year old A/C (A/C had broken 1 month prior) it was time to replace with a high efficiency unit. After carefully explaining the credits and discounts, it was only going to cost about 1,000.00 more to replace the entire system (furnace was 15 years old also). The appointment was scheduled. The two man crew was right on time. They put down drop cloths from the front door to the basement furnace room. They were professional and courteous. They finished in 6 hours and the only evidence they had been there was a nice clean, new A/C & furnace. Totally cleaned up and picked up after their selves. Shock upon shock - the next day a manager called and wanted to come out and inspect the instillation for quality control! Clearly this is a company that wants you as a customer and not as just a bank roll. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

It went very well. They are very competent in their work. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the plusses and minuses of the different models they sold. They now come out every Spring and Fall to check on everything.

I talked to the over the phone. I didn't have them come out. They were higher than the other company I got a quote from. They were very helpful. They didn't seem pushy at all. They were just very straightforward and told me what they charge. When I talked to them about the toilet, they said they would charge me for it depending on what needed to be done. They were very honest. They said that if it was to replace something that was real easy, it wouldn't cost that much. However, if it got more involved, it would cost more. They would have to charge me more because it would take more parts and labor to replace it. But they weren't going to know that until they took it apart to see what the problem was. The guy that I talked to obviously knew what he was talking about. It sounded like he had been in the business for a long time. He was very professional and knew his business. I just spoke to them over the phone. They never came out to the house. I would use them again in the future for another quote.

They had actually come out to check the AC since we have a contract with them. The price wasn’t bad for all that they did. They came out on time as well.

The service call went fine and the toilet stopped running. All he had to do was clean off the valve thing as he said minerals had built up on it and wouldn't let the float travel all the way to the top. I was surprised when he hande me the bill for over 100.00. I had done business with this company over 20 years with very few complaints. They are a great company but I feel they haven't gotten to expensive for my needs.

I called around 9 am Sunday morning, got a live person who explained the extra trip charge for Sunday and scheduled the repairman for early afternoon. She called back in about 2 minutes to ask me to turn the unit off since the lines might be frozen and would have time to thaw if that were the problem. She called again around 1 to say repairman was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter. Nice enough fellow and not talkative. When he finally found the burned wires, he asked if he wanted me to replace them, which I did. Later he brought in the wires to show me. He did try to up-sell me a $189 pre-paid check-up package (I declined after spending $450) but he wasn't too pushy. I have used this company before and they have been reliable for air conditioning service.

I had a salesman to my home sometime in 2009.. He stayed 2 hours and cried. Yes he did. I have no idea what that is about. I can't even remember the bid, if there was one. A new salesman was here yesterday. He told me only10% of furnaces are installed correctly. His company, of course is in the upper 10%.

Needed a part replaced and overcharged on the part. It was corrected after argument with the service worker.

Overall the two-day installation was excellent. It occurred on hot days, so the installers made sure to have the A/C up and running by the end of the first day. The installers also used drop cloths along the entire route in the house. Installers were very conscientious toward their work, especially in the placement of the compressor unit outside, the furnace placement, and ductwork quality. Ducting had to be modified, and was done on the second day, along with hooking up the furnace. The price does not reflect a rebate and federal tax credit, which will both help to reduce the overall price.

Owner of the company performed the estimate and provided a bid that was 15% less than competitors. Accompanied his work team on day of installation to ensure that they were clear about what needed to be done. Came to visit the following day to ensure that his work team performed work according to my and his standards. Work was done professionally and extremely neatly. Drop cloths were put down; all waste removed. Workers on site from 9:30 am until 8:00 pm to ensure job was done in one day.

They are very thorough and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess anywhere. He explained thoroughly, how to use the system so we would not have problems later.

They were very pleasant to deal with and everything went exactly as planned. Randy spent a lot of time with me explaining all my options regarding the equipment. Randy came back after the installation and showed me how to adjust my air ducts to help keep my upstairs rooms more comfortable. I'm very pleased with my new equipment and it all works great.

The tech. knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it within a short time. He additionally, checked over the A/C unit and topped off the coolant in the A/C.
