Description of Work: Have used the provider multiple times. The quality of work has been great, price is high went with a different provider this last go around. I have used them for yearly PMs and a few years back to install a furnace (which has performed very well).

Description of Work: Diagnosed immediately the problem and replaced the part. Technician said that the part had been recalled and he carried the replacement parts on the truck because of the problem. We had another service call for the same problem from the company who installed our furnace and he said or did nothing about the recalled part; only "blew" out the dust and got the unit running again.

Description of Work: Diagnosed cause of a leak from upstairs bathroom by cutting a hole in the family room ceiling. Advised on potential courses of action but the only repair completed was putting silicone in the drain fitting. The other contributing problem was discussed but he didn't advocate or strongly suggest to pursue any specific action at that point. Therefore, the secondary issue is still unresolved.

Description of Work: Came out the same day we called. Most other places we contacted we're going to have us wait for several days. Snaked our kitchen drain to clear a clog. Also checked our garbage disposal that we recently installed on our own and fixed some of the connections that were not quite right at no additional cost from the original quote.

Description of Work: Ended up purchasing a maintenance plan with them that includes a fall furnace and spring A/C check. Also gets you a discount on plumbing services if you need it. I've always been able to get a live person when I call and the techinicians have been very professional when they arrive. Haven't had a problem yet with them having to come back twice for the same thing.

Description of Work: The drain from the kitchen sink was leaking down to the basement. This required a piece of the back cabinet to be cut out to replace the cracked drain pipe behind the wall. Work was done within three hours from the time we made the phone call to KB. Clean, professional..we will keep their number on file!

Description of Work: We called them out to replace an outside faucet that had frozen a pipe the prior year. We had to take down some built in shelves to gain access to the area of the wall inside our basement. While my husband was finding the right screw he needed, the workman, went back outside. I happened to mention to him that we can't find out sump pump drain anymore. I wanted some ideas on best way to find it as we believed the lawn grew over it. While waiting for my husband, he found it for us, didn't charge us anything more for it. This was very good service. He did a nice job on the repair. I felt like we held him up a bit and got more out of the visit. Very professional and nice.

Description of Work: I must say up front that I have used KB Complete a number of times on calls for my furnace / heat pump and have been very satisfied with their service. However, this was not the case when I recently asked for an estimate to install an electric tankless water heater. Dewey came out and explained that he had not installed an electric one (they usually install gas tankless), but that he would investigate and get back to me. After a number of days I received the following email - "I apologize it took so long to get the info, after researching electric tank less water heaters, there is not a tank less on the market that will produce enough gallons of flow per minute to take care of your whirlpool tub. Also the AMP draw on a tank less and operating cost is very expensive. Thanks Dewey KB Complete" There are a number of electric whole house water heaters on the market, and to handle the tub, the use of point of service booster heaters is a common protocol. The statement in the email regarding the operating cost comes across as dismissive and in direct contradiction with the reasoning behind installing these tankless systems in the first place. In short, I was not impressed with the response I received on this and based on the response I received, it seems that going forward, KB Complete needs to just tell people interested in an electric whole house tankless water heater that they have no interest in installing these and save everyone a little time.

Description of Work: I have used this company for 11 years have always found them to do good work, I do feel that pricing is a little high sometomes but, do trust them which is the best thing. I hope it will be as reliable as they said.
