TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD NEVER TRUST GUTTER PRO OR MIKE CARROLL. BEWARE TO OTHERS OUT THERE! WE HAD TO PAY $13.95 IN FED EX OVERNIGHT CHARGES JUST TO ENSURE THAT WE HAD DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE PROVING THAT WE WERE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH GUTTER PRO. NO ONE AT GUTTER PRO (KEN GREENE, MIKE CARROLL, OR ANYONE ELSE) EVER APOLOGIZED OR REFUNDED OUR MAILING COSTS.
Description of Work: WE OBTAINED AN ESTIMATE FROM SALESMAN MIKE CARROLL. WE TOLD HIM THAT DAY WE WOULD NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT UNTIL WE DISCUSSED THE PROPOSAL PRIVATELY. HE ASKED ME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT ''AS A MATTER OF CONVENIENCE'' SO THAT IT WOULD SAVE HIM A TRIP BACK TO OUR HOUSE IF WE DECIDED TO PROCEED WITH THE CONTRACT. WE CALLED HIM AT 11:00 AM THE NEXT MORNING TO TELL HIM WE DECIDED NOT TO ACCEPT THE BID SINCE IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. MR. CARROLL'S RESPONSE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT WE WERE NOT ACCEPTING THE BID. ASTONISHINGLY, HOWEVER, HE TURNED IN THE CONTRACT TO THE ST. LOUIS OFFICE AS IF WE WERE A NEW CUSTOMER! LEE SELLERS IN THE ST. LOUIS OFFICE CALLED TO THANK US FOR SIGNING THE CONTRACT WITH GUTTER PRO! THANK GOD WE DIDN'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE OUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

WORKED NEATLY, PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.
