+ -1 moreCharles has done work for me on a number of occasions. I have always found him to be punctual, knowledgeable, capable and courteous. I will definitely call him again.
Description of Work: This time Charles replaced toilet hardware to fix a leak, replaced an electrical outlet that didn't work, tightened an electrical outlet that had been moving whenever used, and consulted on finishing storage space in a wall cavity. He even thought of me when he was at a garage sale and called to offer to buy me a wardrobe that might solve a problem I had discussed with him. That's service above and beyond the call of duty.

+ -1 moreCharlie is punctual & affordable. In many cases, when Charlie has been working at my house, I have been engaged in other home-improvement projects, & almost invariably, I find myself in a bind. Charlie always gets me back on track with my own projects & offers quick solutions to what seem like big problems to me. He seems genuinely concerned about my home & its defects. Perfect example: We have a picket fence around our house & one part of the gate had pulled out from the post, so it was hard to open & swayed back when it was open. I had hired Charlie to paint the sides of the house & noticed later in the day that the gate was fixed- he had seen the problem & just added the screw it needed to fix it. All of the work he has done has turned out great & he has added years to the life of our home with his repairs & recommendations. I plan to use Charlie's services for many projects to come.
Description of Work: Charlie has replaced our front glass door, replaced a window, painted the gables, replaced a rotten soffit, & replaced rotten window sills. In addition, he completed a project in which he had to tear out several old bathtub tiles, replace the rotted board beneath, replace the tiles, & then grout & caulk.
