+ -1 moreRic said the appraisal would take about 8 weeks. At 9-10 weeks I called and he said about 3 more weeks. At about 4 weeks I called and he said by the end of this week on the beginning of next. The report arrived at the end of the next week, 15 weeks total after I signed the contract. This late date for the completion put me in a bad spot in trying to liquidate the contents for the other heirs. Ric never called me to let me know the progress or that a delay was occurring without me calling him first. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: The company did an appraisal on the contents of my late parents house for the purpose of dividing the estate between the heirs.
